Research On Improving Path Of The Integration Of Producer Services And Manufacturing In China

Manufacturing industry is the dynamic component of the development of various industries.And it is the core and foundation of industrial economic development.Producer services provide technical support and product circulation service for manufacturing enterprises,which enhancing technical equipment updating and circulation.The convergence of two industries helps to promote industrial transformation and upgrading to digital direction.So it is essential to strengthen the association and cooperation of manufacturing and software information to promote the healthy development of manufacturing.The close correlation between manufacturing and producer services is the basis of their integration.The existing literatures are mainly based on the(GVC),industrial chain and input and output to analyze the evolution mode and path of industry convergence.Moreover,most of them explore the influence path of the two industries’ fusion from the qualitative aspects.Therefore,the paper will study the producer services and manufacturing industry in our country from the following two aspects.First of all,using the method of patent coefficient to measure the technology degree of the two industries from 1990 to 2016.To reflect the level of industrial integration indirectly.Analyze the evolution trend and characteristics of the convergence of the two industries.Secondly,according to the theory of industrial integration to construct the index system.This paper explores the integration paths of two industries by means of Directed acyclic graph causality analysis to identify the key impact paths.Research results show as follows:(1)the evolution of the industrial convergence of the two industries in the period from 1990 to 2016 is divided into three stages.The industrial convergence turned from moderate fusion to the high fusion in 2002.The fusion level was slightly reduced and turned into middle height fusion after 2012.(2)There are three discoveries during the research on the path of industrial integration.The factors of the foundation,conditions and environment have a direct effect on the industrial integration.Firstly,the direct impact of new product manufacturing,high quality professional technical personnel investment and development of scientific research technology is particularly significant.Secondly,the fusion condition plays an important role in the integration of the two industries.The manufacturing industry increases the investment of high-quality talents and research and development funds to promote the development and realization of new products,and then promoting the integration level of the two industries.The policy system influences the research and development environment of technology and the market demand,which indirectly affects the integration of the two industries.Thirdly,the factors of fusion foundation,fusion condition and fusion environment interact with each to impacting the industry integration.Enterprises need to increase the high quality talents and research and development fund investment to promote the new product development and manufacture.In turn,it promotes the interaction and integration of producer services and manufacturing in technology,product and market.At the same time,moderate industrial policies are needed.
