Research On The Path Of Network Integration And Choice Of Equipment Manufacturing And Producer Services

Equipment manufacturing industry is the foundation of the national economy.China's equipment manufacturing industry has made some contributions to the development of the national economy.However,the problems of large and not strong,backward manufacturing level and weak capability of independent innovation still exist.The productive service industry can inject new elements and add value to new industries into the equipment manufacturing industry.June 15,2017,National Development and Reform Commission released ?service innovation development outline? clearly pointed out that to encourage industrial integration,and strengthen the service industry's support to the whole industry chain manufacturing industry.In recent years,the trend of integration of equipment manufacturing industry and producer service industry in our country has become increasingly evident,and gradually appears the complex of integration.Therefore,it is a more clear and effective way to study the formation of the complex fusion of the two and to solve the existing problems in China's equipment manufacturing industry.According to the theory of value chain and industry integration,on the basis of studying the interactive development of the equipment manufacturing industry and producer service industry,this paper defines the connotation of two industrial network convergence,designs the path of network integration and study its path selection.First of all,this article analyzes the integration process of equipment manufacturing industry and producer service industry from the perspective of value chain decomposition and integration,on the basis of summarizing the basic forms of the two industries' integration,analyzes the connotation of network integration and its existing forms,and extracts the influencing factors of network integration.Secondly,using the questionnaire method to collect data,using the structural equation model to verify impact strength and direction of factors,draw the key influence factors.Then design the path of two industrial networks integration from the key influencing factors dimension,and then reveal the various paths of network integration and to construct the occurrence equation of the two major industrial network convergences,and select the path through the action coefficient of each path.Through the analysis of the layout of the value chain of equipment manufacturing industry,provide the basis for the concrete implementation of the two industrial network convergences.Finally,this paper carries out an empirical study on the selection and implementation strategies of the network integration of Jilin Province's Car and producer services,selects the appropriate path for its network convergence and put forward the corresponding implementation strategy.The research of this article is based on the interactive development of equipment manufacturing industry and producer service industry,further enriching its theoretical system and providing a theoretical basis for further deep integration of the two industries.
