Research On The Performance Pattern And Reuse Of Tianjin Sansheng Land

Land resources are the foundation of economic and social development,the rational layout and efficient use of land not only affects the development of the city,but also the daily life and living environment of people.With the acceleration of China's urbanization process and the continuous advancement of industrialization,a large number of rural populations have flocked to cities,and the demand for various types of land has increased substantially.How to intensively use various types of land has become one of the most important problems in urban development in China.In the real life,due to the lack of reasonable planning,scattered layout,extensive use and other reasons,resulting in a large amount of waste of land resources or inefficient use,so the performance of the current land use is evaluated,targeted to improve the performance of low-value areas It will greatly realize the maximum value of all types of land use,and at the same time better provide convenience for residents.In view of the lack of research on micro-scale land use performance,the performance pattern of Tianjin "production-living-ecological" land use was delineated based on the spatial perspective land use.The GIS(geographic information system)spatial analysis method and analytic hierarchy process were used to evaluate the performance of Tianjin "production-living-ecological" land use.The results indicated that the performance of "production-living-ecological" land use type in Tianjin showed spatial difference,and there were a certain proporti,on of medium and low-efficiency land areas,especially the spatial difference of industrial production land performance.Through the analysis of the performance pattern,focusing on the medium and iow-efficiency land areas,the district control stategies for the reuse of"production-living-ecological" land were proposed,and the secondary land market of potential land was explored to provide decision-making basis for improving the performance of "production-living-ecological" land use.From the perspective of optimizing land use,we evaluated the performance of Tianjin"production-living-ecological" land use,improved the performance of micro-scale evaluation land use and proposed corresponding advice of land reuse.
