The salary of employees in state-owned enterprises has always been a topic of concern to the government and the public.Following the issuance of the Interim Measures for the Administration of the Total Wage Budget for Central Enterprises,SASASAC has also adopted the system of total wage budget,enterprise self-allocation and filing,clarifying the standards,methods and adjustment mechanism for the payment of salaries for state-owned enterprises.Hefei T Company is a state-owned enterprise with a long history,engaged in investment and financing of local large and medium-sized construction projects.Since the national economic development policy of Yangtze River Delta integration was deployed,Hefei T Company has grasped the historical opportunity tightly and successfully realized the transformation and upgrading of enterprises.It has changed from the former state-owned enterprises with integration of government and business to the state-owned enterprises with modern enterprise management system.However,due to historical reasons,the factors of status and seniority have too great influence on salary,the correlation between salary income and actual work performance is not high enough,there is no real-time job value evaluation,and the setting of salary subjects is more complex,which leads to a strong style of salary management in old state-owned enterprises.Based on the above situation,in order to realize the commanding role of salary,stimulate the enthusiasm of employees,improve the efficiency of employees,and enhance the power of business development,this paper takes Hefei T Company as the research object,and puts forward the optimization construction of market-oriented salary system of state-owned enterprises based on the analysis of the company's salary status.There are five parts in this paper.Among them:The first part is the introduction.This paper briefly introduces the research background and research status at home and abroad,expounds the purpose and significance of the research,and puts forward research ideas and possible innovations.The second part is the definition and theoretical basis of related concepts.From the definition of concept,policy background,historical development process,human resources market and salary management background,this paper puts forward the necessity of salary reform in T company.The third part introduces the operation status and salary status of T company.Summarize the problems of the salary system,and analyze the causes of the problems.The fourth part puts forward suggestions on the salary system of state-owned enterprises based on market orientation.Including objectives,principles,guiding principles for subsidiary companies,combing the department responsibilities and post settings,and put forward views on salary determination,adjustment,distribution,assessment feedback.The fifth part is the conclusion and outlook of the study,summarizing the results of the study,analyzing the shortcomings,pointing out the direction for future research.
