With the steady development of social economy and the continuous progress of science and technology,domestic enterprises begin to change gradually in order to survive and develop.To succeed in this process and maintain scientific and sustainable development,they must scientifically analyze their own situation from various angles,understand current problems and adopt corresponding effective methods to solve them.From the perspectives of human resources incentive and human resources management,enterprises should pay attention to the material and spiritual needs of employees in all aspects,adopt the methods of adjusting and optimizing enterprise management mechanism and evaluation mechanism,reasonably satisfy the needs of employees and improve their work pressure,so as to improve their sense of satisfaction and happiness,stimulate their sense of mission and work enthusiasm,and improve their efficiency.These are effective ways of enterprise'long-term development.At present,the market environment is changing rapidly,competition among enterprises is fierce,customers' demands are diversifying,and the requirements of enterprises for employees are becoming more and more stringent,which brings tremendous work pressure and spiritual pressure to employees.At the same time,the rising prices lead to the increasing economic pressure on employees and the increasing expectations of employees for salary and welfare,which has a negative impact on employee well-being.Employee well-being is related to employees' work enthusiasm and effectiveness.Its reduction is not conducive to the earning growth and sustainable development of enterprises.Therefore,enterprises must attach importance to employee well-being,deeply understand the current situation of employee well-being,and analyze the factors affecting employee well-being,and formulate corresponding strategies to improve employee well-being according to the analysis results,which has practical significance to the long-term development of enterprises.When the needs of employees arc met and enterprises attach importance to employees,the sense of recognition and mission of enterprises will arise spontaneously,and employee well-being will naturally be enhanced.At this time,employees will be willing to work harder for enterprises,give full play to their work enthusiasm,and strive to create benefits for enterprises so as to promote the development of enterprises.With the strong support of the state,today's insurance industry has been developing rapidly and the scale of the industry has increased rapidly.At the same time,the competition in the insurance market tends to reach fever pitch.In order to compete for market advantages,insurance companies have sought transformation and innovation,reforming and optimizing the management system and organizational structure of insurance companies,so as to maximize their employees' work effectiveness.However,in the implementation of employee management,insurance companies should not only pay attention to the effectiveness of employees' work,but also make a comprehensive analysis on employees' needs in life,work,development and so on.According to these needs of employees,we can optimize the management mode and management content of insurance companies,improve employees'happiness by meeting the needs of employees,and let employees take the initiative to contribute to the company.These measures can enhance the market business scale and economic benefits of insurance companies.Based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs and other motivation theories,this paper investigates and summarizes the current situation of employee's happiness in Xuancheng People's Insurance Company,analyses the main factors affecting employee's happiness,and puts forward strategies and suggestions to improve employee's well-being in Xuancheng People's Insurance Company from various perspectives.The full text consists of six parts,as follows:The first part elaborates the prolegomenon.Its primary coverage is to elaborate the background,purpose and significance of the research on Employce well-being,collate and analyze the relevant research results and materials,confirm the ideas and methods of this research,and provide operability and practicability for the research on the strategy of improving employee well-being of Xuancheng People's Insurance Company.The second part comprises the definition and theoretical basis of related concepts.This part mainly elaborates the concept of Employee well-being,and combines the relevant research results and materials of domestic and foreign scholars,clarifies the factors affecting employee well-being in this study.It summarizes the Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,Goal-Setting Theory,dual-factor theory and achievement incentive theory.It also analyses the relationship between Employee well-being and these four theories.It lays a foundation for the subsequent strategy of improving Employee well-being of Xuancheng People's Insurance Company.The third part is an overview of the development of Xuancheng People's Insurance Company and the investigation and analysis of the current situation of employee happiness in Xuancheng People's Insurance Company.It mainly includes the brief introduction of Xuancheng People's Insurance Company,the design and implementation of individual interviews and questionnaires,the verification of the reliability and validity of the questionnaires,the analysis and summary of the questionnaire data and the analysis of the reasons for the current situation of Employee well-being.The fourth part is the research on the strategy of improving Employee well-being in Xuancheng People's Insurance Company.From six aspects,including work pressure,salary and welfare,performance appraisal,career development,corporate culture and personal characteristics,this paper puts forward our own views and suggestions on how to improve the well-being of insurance employees in Xuancheng.The fifth part is the conclusion and Prospect of this paper.The research work is summarized,and the shortcomings and limitations of the analysis are analyzed,and the future research work is prospected.
