| Combining the theories and research methods of economic geography,innovative geography and urban geography,this paper takes the geographical agglomeration of start-ups in Shanghai as the research object,studies the office activities and registration activities of start-ups from two aspects of time and space,analyzes the evolution process,and explores its influencing factors.Use startup state website to grab data from 10755 start-ups,and match and corporate office address in our website,solved the difficult problem of start-ups office address is difficult to obtain,combined with the city level through analysis of the micro data,obtained the following conclusions:(1)from the time point of view,the Shanghai start-up after first increased total drop of change,during this period the government policy has played a key role.(2)from the perspective of industry classification selection of start-ups,since 2003,the industry category of start-ups has changed from diversified to single industry category.(3)from the perspective of venture capital,the enterprises with the highest venture capital are not consistent with the hot spots of investment,and start-ups with a lot of venture capital often need a lot of capital support.(4)business registration behavior and business office activities are similar: spatial correlation are enhanced,industrial park,hi-tech park with preferential policies will be registered activities in the early stage core,then depends on the traffic trunk line as the axis,with traffic network structure under the background of constantly improve,the corridor diffusion mechanism of business registration activities.Based on the characteristics of corridor diffusion,the registered behaviors prefer the near suburbs,while the office activities prefer the southern urban areas.The correlation of the office address space of start-ups is stronger than that of the registered address.(5)from the perspective of enterprise growth stage,the registered address of seed-development start-ups has obvious characteristics of "rent-seeking",that is,they prefer to choose areas with favorable policies and can provide certain preferential policies.With the gradual maturity of start-ups,the space agglomeration will be reduced,the demand for preferential registered address will be reduced gradually,and they will move to the downtown.(6)entrepreneurial location cost,entrepreneurial and innovative talent resources,and entrepreneurial public service resources affect the office activities of start-ups to varying degrees.For start-ups,the proximity to scientific research institutes of universities and colleges,the downtown location and convenient public service facilities are important factors affecting the retention of start-ups. |
