Research On The Measurement And Influencing Factors Of Regional Entrepreneurship Activities In China

Since Premier Li Keqiang proposed "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" in the government work report in 2015,a wave of innovation and entrepreneurship has swept across China,and a large number of entrepreneurial SMEs have emerged in various industries.The entrepreneurial economy is in full swing and is becoming an important form of driving China's economic growth.Entrepreneurship is the basic element of an entrepreneurial economy,and the level of regional entrepreneurial activity is an important measure of the development of a regional entrepreneurial economy.Therefore,scientifically measuring the level of entrepreneurial activity in the region and exploring its in-depth influencing factors are not only the need to deepen the entrepreneurial economy and entrepreneurial management theory,but also provide theoretical guidance for the region to formulate effective entrepreneurial policies.Based on the entrepreneurial motivation theory and entrepreneurial situation theory,this thesis takes the regional entrepreneurial activity level measurement as the entry point,and through the existing theoretical basis and empirical measurement results,puts forward relevant assumptions about the relationship between the level of informatization and technological innovation and entrepreneurial activity level.The relevant panel data of 31 provinces(cities,districts)in China from 2011 to 2016 were selected,and use the GMM dynamic panel data model to empirically analyze the impact of informatization level and technological innovation level and their different levels on opportunistic entrepreneurship and survival entrepreneurship.The results show that:(1)The level of entrepreneurial activity in the region is generally higher in the east than in the central and western regions,but there are differences in types.That is,opportunistic entrepreneurship in the eastern region is more active,and survival entrepreneurship in the central and western regions is more active;(2)informatization Areas with higher levels have a higher level of entrepreneurial activity;opportunistic entrepreneurship depends more on the level of informatization;there are certain differences in the promotion of different types of entrepreneurial activities at different levels.The higher the level of information application,the entrepreneurial information The stronger the unimpeded nature of resource dissemination,it will help the development of regional opportunistic entrepreneurship;the higher the level of the information industry,the higher the information flow,and the digital trading activities will have a positive effect on improving regional opportunistic and survival entrepreneurial activities.effect.(3)There is a significant positive correlation between the level of technological innovation and opportunistic entrepreneurship,that is,the effective promotion of opportunistic entrepreneurship;the level of technology output,that is,the level of patents,is the core thrust and key variable for promoting opportunistic entrepreneurship;the level of technological innovation It has little effect on the survival-driven survival entrepreneurship.Finally,based on the above research results,this article puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions for improving information services,implementing skills training,increasing financial support,and developing entrepreneurial clusters.
