Study On The Development Of Rural Small And Micro Enterprises In Shaoguan City

The problem of agricultural and rural peasants is a fundamental issue related to the national economy and the people's livelihood.On January 2,2018,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued the "Opinions on Implementing the Rural Revitalization Strategy" on the issue of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers",clearly proposing that the development of rural small and micro enterprises such as family factories,hand workshops,and rural workshops will be listed in the Rural revitalization strategy.As a mountainous city with underdeveloped economy,Shaoguan City vigorously develops small and micro enterprises in rural areas,which contributes to the modernization of local agriculture,the adjustment of rural industrial structure and the increase of farmers' income.This paper focuses on the research object of rural small and micro enterprises in Shaoguan City.Based on the theory of infant industry protection,the theory of enterprise competitiveness and the theory of enterprise growth,it is concluded that the small and medium-sized enterprises in Shaoguan City are still showing the basic characteristics which are “traditional enterprises still dominate,the increase in the number of featured enterprises,the increase in the degree of correlation between enterprises,and the obvious trend of enterprise informationization”.At the same time,at present,the development of small and micro enterprises in rural areas mainly has the following four problems: in financing,there are difficulties in financing and high financing costs;in technology,there are low technical level and poor technological innovation;in brand,brand awareness is not Strong,brand value deviation,brand building is insufficient;in information,information channels are narrow,information processing capacity is insufficient,and information technology talents are lacking.Based on this,it is recommended that: First,the local government should provide assistance to rural small and micro enterprises in financing,information and personnel training;second,the local government and rural small and micro enterprises should attach importance to and strengthen the application and promotion of geographical indications;third,establish professional towns and industrial parks,form an industrial cluster development model,and promote cooperation between small and micro enterprises in rural areas and large enterprises;Fourth,build network infrastructure,logistics and distribution systems and personnel training,and vigorously develop e-commerce.
