In the current economic development situation,due to the complexity of the external market environment and the intensification of competition in the internal banking environment,along with the fierce domestic financial market,the innovation of financial model is constantly changing with the background of the times.With the slowing down of China's economic growth,the rise of interest rate marketization and the constant impact of financial marketization,along with the development of the new normal financial system,China's commercial banks are facing multiple pressures,which urgently need to be transformed and leapfrogged.If you want to get a place in this fierce competitive environment,you can't be stubborn,self-confident and incomplete,you must keep pace with the times,adapt to the times,make changes and innovations.Bank operation line is the first front of bank's external service,and it has the most frequent contact with customers.The production efficiency and service quality of the staff of operation line directly affect customers'identification and satisfaction with bank service.As the carrier of the bank's sustainable operation strategy,the importance of operation line is beyond doubt.The smooth operation and management process has become one of the decisive factors to measure the core competitiveness of Chinese commercial banks,including small and medium-sized banks.In a broad sense,the process of operation management includes the whole process of product design,acceptance business,personnel allocation,risk prevention and stable operation.In a narrow sense,the operation process of a bank includes the process of accepting customer vouchers,providing financial settlement and account management services for its customers.With the development of the banking industry,the operation and management process is particularly important in the whole process of the operation of the bank.HS Bank,as a regional commercial bank with local characteristics,is restructured by city credit cooperatives and city commercial banks.Because of its late start and late development,its operation supporting measures do not match the current market
