Many commercial banks have begun to consider adopting lean management methods at their business outlets,hoping to tap the potential value of commercial banking outlets.The Bank of China Erdos Branch has always regarded the management reform of its business outlets as the focus of attention.Under the background of China's current financial industry reform,the traditional rough management mode is no longer suitable for the current development,resulting in problems such as redundant business processes,inefficient service,and multi-party management.Based on the current background,this paper analyzes the real problems encountered by the Bank of China Erdos Sub-branch in the lean management of network operation process management.According to the actual situation,the development direction of the current lean management is combined to play the lean management of the G Bank Erdos Branch.At the network operation process management has a positive role,with the correct theory and method to achieve the goal of the G Bank Ordos sub-branch business "to the management to benefit".This paper begins with the origin and development of Six Sigma.Firstly,it summarizes and explains the world's knowledge theory about Six Sigma management method.Later,it combines the practical problems of the Bank of China Ordos branch network in the specific operational process management,and expounds the operating process of the Erdos branch based on Lean Six Sigma.Based on the essence of Six Sigma management,it proposes ways to improve the management of the bank's operational processes,and through continuous development to improve the customer service level to enable them to obtain a more satisfactory experience,and thus the Ordos branch operation process management tends to be more standardized.Through research and acquisition,we obtained the customer satisfaction of the Bank of Ordos branch service of G Bank,and the field research to understand the status quo of the business of the Bank of Erdos Branch of G Bank.It pointed out that the problem of the service of the bank of the Bank of Erdos Branch of G Bank is mainly that the customer is not well controlled.When the business is called,the branch management personnel cannot achieve accurate global control.There are also some problems in the work of the staff inside the bank.The branch does not coordinate the relationship between the business and the product sales.In view of this,the article based on DMAICL proposed theImplementation plan of Lean operation process management of G Bank Ordos Branch.The definition stage indicates that the project indicators should be clarified,the project objectives should be determined,the scope of the project should be described,the constraints should be determined,and the project team should be constructed.The measurement phase should indicate the influencing factors and the level of influencing factors.The data collection phase;the analysis phase indicates that the data should be summarized.The problems found and the analysis of them;the improvement phase pointed out that the business application form should be optimized,strengthen the business guidance position of the lobby manager of the business outlets,optimize the repetitive links,improve the customer's predictability,and optimize the office environment.The control phase indicates that relevant monitoring processes and integration plans should be developed.
