Research On Economic Relations And Iofluencing Factors Between Hefei And Yangtze River Delta Other Cities

On the occasion of the 40th anniversary of reform and opening up,President Xi Jinping proposed to support the regional integration development of the Yangtze River Delta and upgraded it to a national strategy at the first China International Import Expo.In recent years,the process of integration in the Yangtze River Delta has been accelerating.In February 2018,the Yangtze River Delta Regional Cooperation Office was established.In the same year,the main responsible comrades meeting was held in Shanghai and passed the?Three-Year Action Plan for the Integration of the Yangtze River Delta Region?.This plan identifies the task book,timetable and roadmap for integrated development.Under the background of accelerating integration of the Yangtze river delta,what is the situation of economic relations between Hefei and other cities in the Yangtze river delta?It is worthwhile to think about that as a sub-center,how Hefei can improve its comprehensive strength,lead Anhui to accelerate its integration into the Yangtze river delta,contribute its own strength in the integration process of the Yangtze river delta,and better complete the task of expanding the Yangtze river economic belt connecting the Yangtze river delta.On the basis of theoretical analysis and the existing circumstances of the region,summarizing domestic and international relevant researches,following the idea of Sun Jiuwen professor and so on,the city's comprehensive strength evaluation index system is constructed and the comprehensive strength of the Yangtze River Delta cities are evaluated by the entropy method.Based on this,the revised gravity model is used to measure the economic linkage strength between Hefei and other cities in the Yangtze River Delta.Further,from the perspective of dynamics and space,this paper studies the degree and direction of economic linkage and analyze the spatial evolution characteristics of economic linkages in order to forming a systematic analysis of the economic linkage between Hefei and other cities.After that,the gray correlation degree method is used to measure the correlation degree between each influencing factor and economic connection.Finally,it puts forward relevant policy recommendations to strengthen its economic ties with the Yangtze River Delta.The research shows that:First,the characteristics of time evolution.The economic linkages between Hefei and the other 25 cities in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration have been continuously strengthened,and the economic linkages with 25 cities have increased to varying degrees.Except for Hefei-Anqing,the growth rate of other cities has exceeded 50%;Larger and this difference is generally expanding in 2007-2016.Second,the characteristics of spatial evolution.The main axis of economic relations between Hefei and the Yangtze River Delta was formed and strengthened:from Hefei-Maanshan-Nanjing,the main axis of 2007,it was further developed int0 "Hefei-Maanshan-Nanjing-Zhenjiang" in 2016;the secondary axis of economic relations has taken shape:"Hefei-Zhangzhou-Nanjing-Yangzhou",'Hefei-Wuhu-Xuancheng","Hefei-Tongling-Chizhou";the economic relationship between Hefei and various cities showed a decreasing trend toward the east,and the overall pattern of"distant relatives are close neighbors".Third,compare and analyze with Nanjing and Hangzhou.According to the economic linkages between the three major sub-centers and the Yangtze River Delta cities in 2007-2016,the economic relationship between Hefei and the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomerations is still relatively obvious compared with Nanjing and Hangzhou.However,the average growth rate of the economic contact amounts of the cities in hefei and the Yangtze river delta urban agglomeration has exceeded that inNanjing(1.52%)and Hangzhou(1.05%).Fourth,through qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,it is found that the factors affecting the economic linkage between Hefei and other cities in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration include urban comprehensive development strength,traffic convenience,urban outward functionality,industrial complementarity,market integration level and urban differentiation.According to the analysis results of the grey correlation method,the factors affecting the economic linkage from high to low are:industry complementarity,urban comprehensive strength,traffic convenience,market integration,urban economic difference,and urban outward function.Based on the conclusions and Hefei's perspective,it puts forward policy recommendations for Hefei to strengthen economic ties with the Yangtze River Delta:First,strengthen innovation drive and enhance urban comprehensive strength;Second,build three-dimensional traffic and build a national transportation hub;Thirdly Deepen the division of labor and achieve industrial integration and docking;Fourth,strengthen the role of market players and strengthen regional cooperation and exchanges;Fifth,develop an export-oriented economy and enhance the city's outward function.
