Functional Logistics Supplier Selection And Order Allocation Based On The Logistics Service Supply Chain

With the adjustment of industrial structure,and the rise of products servitization,the global economy is gradually shifted from the traditional economy to service economy.The research of supply chain management also began to turn to service supply chain from the product supply chain.Logistics Service Supply Chain is an important trend in the development of modern logistics industry,and an important branch of the service supply chain research,it also is one of the important topics of logistics academic research.LSSC is a new service supply chain since the development of services industry,and its core is logistics service integrator.It provides comprehensive and flexible logistics services for customers through the integration of the whole supply chain’s logistics service resources.Under the new economic environment and the intensified market competition,the problems of LSSC’s construction,operation and management are concerned.And faced with more and more personalized,diversified logistics demand,logistics service integrator how to evaluate and select functional logistics suppliers and allocate orders become a key problem to be primarily solved.From the point of view of the logistics service integrator,the problems of supplier selection and order allocation in the environment of LSSC were researched in this paper.First,the construction and operation process model of LSSC was proposed,and then based on the model the process of supplier selection and order allocation was analyzed,the problem of supplier selection and order allocation was divided into two stages:the supplier selection in the construction stage of LSSC,and the order allocation in the operation stage of LSSC.In the construction stage of LSSC,first the hierarchy evaluation index system established was established,and AHP-TOPSIS method was used to evaluate and select candidate supplier partners,then suppliers would be put into the supplier management information system and become the member of suppliers database.In the operation stage of LSSC,a multi-objective programming model of order allocation was established.To be different the strategic emphasis on evaluation factors in the upper stage,in this stage,based on factors of suppliers’ service cost,quality and ability,the supplies evaluation indexes system was built by introducing the factor of suppliers satisfaction.Also,the order multi-objective programming model about the lowest cost,the best service quality,service ability and suppliers satisfaction was proposed,then Maple software was used to solve the model and completed the final determination of suppliers and order allocation.In the paper,quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis were used to construct the above models of supplier selection and order allocation.The models were in line with the decision-making process and practice,so they had great practice significance.The paper went a small step in the LSSC theory and proposed an operation mode of LSSC,which offered a shortcut for modern logistics enterprises to reduce costs,improve efficiency and grow stronger.It also provided some reference for the research on functional logistics supplier selection and order allocation of LSSC.
