Study On The Industrial Orientation And Industrial Spatial Distribution Of The Health Care Characteristic Town From The Perspective Of Industry-City Integration

As a bridge connecting urban and rural areas,the characteristic town is a crucial driving force to promote the new urbanization and coordinated development of urban and rural areas in China.Since the Ministry of urban and rural housing of the People's Republic of China proposed to build 1000 characteristic towns in 2020,the state and local governments have attached great importance to them,and the development of characteristic town has been advancing with great strides.With the in-depth development of characteristic towns in China,the acceleration of aging trend and the proposal of healthy China strategy,the health care characteristic town with health care as the core has gradually attracted attention.However,the research shows that the industry dominates the development of the town,and there are some problems in the development process,such as industrial homogeneity,unclear industrial positioning,blind development of the development subject,unreasonable industrial layout and so on,effectively solving the industrial problems in the town can realize the accurate positioning,reasonable layout and healthy development of the town industry.As the main trend of town development in the future,health care characteristic town enjoys great development potential and demand.Therefore,it is of certain importance and urgency to solve the industrial problems in the development process of health care characteristic town.Based on the perspective of industry and city integration,this paper conducts an in-depth study on the industrial location and spatial layout of health care characteristic town.The industrial orientation mainly starts from the industrial development characteristics,environmental elements and core competitiveness of the health care characteristic town,analyzes the trend,conditions and advantages of the town's industrial development;On this basis,the industrial system of "1 + 4 + X" is constructed according to the guidance of the industry-city integration,so as to realize the coordinated development of industry and city culture;Then,the leading industry of the town is selected in a clear way,the index system of leading industry selection is constructed according to the principle of industry-city integration development and the method of referring to the results,and the industry with the highest score is chosen as the leading industry of the town by means of principal component analysis.On thebasis of industrial positioning,the spatial distribution of industry is mainly to analyze the suitability of industrial spatial distribution.According to the theoretical analysis method,the suitability analysis index is selected.The entropy method is used to calculate the weight of each industry,and the suitability score is calculated by multiplying the weight by the index value,so as to layout the related industries.The paper selects the national-level characteristic town of Zhangshu city as an example,and concludes that the industrial orientation of Geshan town should develop "one medicine,four health care",that is,take the traditional Chinese medicine industry as the leading industry,take the health care agriculture,health care tourism,health care real estate and health care service industry as the cultivation industry,and take the medical service industry as the related industries;According to the results of industrial spatial suitability analysis,the spatial distribution mode of "core leading,double-axis through,five-zone linkage" is obtained.On the whole,in the industrial positioning and spatial distribution of health care characteristic towns,we should pay attention to their own resource conditions,clarify the development of leading industries,analyze the suitability of industrial spatial distribution and reasonably and scientifically arrange related industries,so as to maximize the effectiveness of industrial development.This study provides decision-making basis and reference basis for the industrial positioning and spatial distribution development of Geshan Town,and also provides a reference for the industrial development of other health care characteristic towns in China,which plays a certain role in enriching the research in related fields and promoting the healthy and sustainable development of health care Characteristic Towns in China.
