Performance management is a kind of management idea which can improve the performance of employees,develop the potential of team and individual,and make the organization succeed continuously,as well as a strategic and integrated management method.Taking the expressway company as an example,the performance of employees in Expressway enterprises directly affects the management level,corporate image and sustainable development ability of expressway.To establish a set of scientific and perfect performance management system will help to change the problems in employee management of enterprises,and then improve the performance management level and core competitiveness of enterprises.With the rapid development of expressway,the traffic safety situation is becoming more and more serious.With the continuous upgrading of network toll collection and toll collection technology system,the importance of expressway operation and management is gradually highlighted.Through the use of real-time monitoring technology to improve the level of emergency rescue of expressway,the level of monitoring personnel directly affects the efficiency of Expressway traffic.The monitoring center where the supervisors are located is equivalent to the "brain" of the expressway company.It plays a decisive role in the normal operation and social benefits of the expressway by comprehensively monitoring and controlling the expressway.It is of typical significance to study how to optimize the performance management of supervisors for the whole enterprise.This paper takes S Expressway Company as a case study.S Expressway Company is jointly invested and built by the state and private enterprises.It is responsible for the daily maintenance and toll collection of expressways in order to recover the construction cost.Highway has the advantages of fast speed,large capacity and safe driving.It plays an important role in reducing transportation costs and promoting economic development along the highway.Its ideal state is "comfortable" and "convenient".However,with the increasing traffic demand and frequent accidents,highway traffic capacity has gradually become the focus of society.This paper is mainly divided into six parts,the first part mainly introduces the background and significance of the study;the second part describes the related theories of performance management;the third part introduces the status quo of performance management of S Expressway supervisory post personnel(supervisory team),including the general situation of the enterprise,the problems and causes of performance appraisal management;the fourth part is the main part of this paper,mainly elaborates the adoption of performance management.The design scheme of KPI performance evaluation index puts forward how to optimize the performance management of S Expressway supervisory post personnel;the fifth part gives the safeguard measures of S Expressway supervisory post personnel performance management;the last part is the conclusion and deficiencies.This paper studies the relationship between KPI performance evaluation indicators and enterprise strategic objectives and monitoring personnel performance objectives,hoping to provide a case reference for the transformation and development of the expressway industry,and provide a strong resource for talent training and reserve of Expressway companies.???.
