With the development of economic globalization and the increasing competition between enterprises, organizations faced with downsizing, restructuring, merger pressure, people's attitudes had changed jobs, leaving the phenomenon of increasingly common. The construction industry is a complex economic sphere, it is in each country have played an important role. Therefore, employees in this industry, the status of work have always been everyone's attention. And the construction industry with high turnover of employees has also become an issue of concern. In this context, the paper international organizations to support research on the current situation on the basis of summing up and organize, select the private construction industry practitioners of Sri Lanka as an object of study, using a questionnaire survey method to explore the cultural context of Sri Lankan employees of organizational support experience, research organizations support the sense of its three antecedent variables and turnover intention relationship.In this paper, the questionnaire using an independent samples T test, variance analysis, correlation analysis and other statistical tool. The results showed that perceived organizational support variables in different demographic characteristics, such as age, marital status, educational level, job level, there are differences; the same time, results showed that perceived organizational support of the three antecedent variables—procedures fair, support from superiors, organizational rewards and working conditions, and organizational support significantly and positively related to perceptual organization can effectively predict the emergence, in which the organization rewards and working conditions than the predictive power of even greater support from superiors. In addition, organizational support was negatively correlated with turnover intention, can effectively predict turnover intention. But the antecedent variables and leave a negative correlation between the tendencies was not obvious, so the findings can not prove that organizational support for the antecedent variables and organizational support tend to leave the relationship between the medium.Based on the findings, the paper to improve the construction industry in Sri Lanka non-governmental organizations to support the sense of corresponding management measures proposed, from the theory and practice of enterprise managers with a certain reference.
