Problems And Measures Of Constructing Characteristic Towns In Minority Areas Of Hubei Province

Cultivating characteristic towns is an important way to promote economic development,new urbanization and rural revitalization.At present,China's regional economic development is unbalanced,and rural economic development is seriously lagging behind.How to realize the transfer of industry,capital and talents to rural areas is the key to development.As an important way of rural revitalization and development,characteristic towns are highly compatible with the concept and connotation of new-type urbanization construction.In this paper,Yesanguan town in Hubei province as research object,using literature analysis,case analysis,field survey and other research methods,review and summarize the characteristics of small town construction status at home and abroad,especially summarizes successful experience,found a way to construct characteristic towns in Hubei province.Secondly,this paper analyzes the development status of Yesanguan town.Yesanguan town is an agricultural development town.The liquor characteristic industry is the main power of economic development.In order to promote the sustainable development of the town,Yesanguan chooses the development mode of "characteristic industry and tourism".Through the statistical analysis of the understanding of the development of characteristic industries,the main results of the construction of Yesanguan town are summarized.However,the construction of the town is still facing severe challenges,such as poor internal traffic,insufficient construction funds,weak aggregation effect and insufficient external publicity,etc.,which need to take active measures to solve the current problems.Finally,through "Diamond Model" and "GEM Model",the agglomeration effect of characteristic towns is analyzed,and some indicators are selected as the basis for questionnaire design.Descriptive statistics,reliability and validity analysis and K-W Test were conducted on the questionnaire data respectively,and the conclusion was drawn that economic development cannot solve the employment problem,residents' cultural identity is low,ecological environment has not become a development advantage,and infrastructure has become a development resistance.Finally put forward the characteristic town construction countermeasure suggestion.
