A Study On The Features,Problems And Planning Strategies Of Industrial Characteristic Town In Hubei Province

China is now in a critical period of transformation development.In order to match economic development and urbanization process,a variety of structural reforms are published.But the uncompleted development of industrialization has restricted the quality and speed of China's economic structure reform and upgrading,and the release of industrial production capacity to develope the manufacturing has become an important strategy of our country at present.Characteristic town is a platform of innovative development for industry.Industrial characteristics town is directly pointed to the current reform and transformation of secondary industry.Our country should scientificly develope industrial characteristic towns under there regional features to pursume the transforming of backward production capacity and enhance the strength of industrialization,in order to promote the macro-economic into the great prosperity.However,there have been some misunderstandings and alienation in the construction of characteristic towns in China,and the supply-side reform advantages of the characteristic towns have not been fully realized.Based on this background,this paper proposes to discuss the development characteristics towns from the perspective of regional characteristics,and dicuss the features,problems and strategies of industrial characteristic towns in Hubei Province.First,this paper summarizes relevant theoretical research and practical experience,and defines the concept of characteristic towns and industrial characteristic towns.It summarizes the relevant theoretical research and practical experience of domestic and foreign characteristic towns,studies the successful experiences of foreign countries in the process of characteristic development of small towns,and summarizes the exploration and characteristics in the development process of China's characteristic towns.It is concluded that the development of foreign characteristic towns is in line with the development law of reverse urbanization,and has certain experience in transportation location selection,industrial system construction,and social network cultivation.It is concluded that the study of domestic characteristic towns is lacking in the law of regionalization and differentiation.The practice of characteristic towns has certain realities and structural imbalances,and the concept has a certain degree of vagueness and irregularity.Finally,the concept of characteristic towns and industrial characteristics is summarized and defined.Then,this paper studies the motivations for the development of industrial towns in Hubei Province.From the perspective of industrial development stage,urban construction direction and population mobility demand of Hubei Province,this paper analyzes that developing industrial characteristic towns is in line with the current new urbanization development stage of Hubei Province.Hubei Province has the conditions to develop industrial characteristic towns,and also needs to draw power from industrial characteristic towns to promote the development of new urbanization.Then,the development features of the existing industrial characteristic towns in have been summed up.This paper puts forward the classification method of which is suitable for Hubei province.And based on that,the features of current 25 industrial characteristic towns in Hubei province have been analyzed,in the aspects of industrial development,spatial location and development scale.And the shortcomings and problems in the development of industrial characteristic towns in Hubei province have been summarized.Finally,taking the Tieshan molding town of Huangshi Tieshan District as an empirical case,the development of industrial characteristic town in Hubei province satisfies its new-type urbanization coupling demand has been analyzed,and the coupling development strategies have been put forward.The strategy is not only in line with the industrial characteristics of the town,but also satisfied.In the end,the conclusion of this paper is summarized,and the shortcomings the prospect of the future research are put forward.
