Research On High-Quality Development Policy Of County Economy In Suzhou City

County economy plays an important supporting role in the economic and social development of Suzhou.In accordance with the policy requirements of the central and provincial governments in terms of county economic development,the Suzhou Municipal Party Committee and the municipal government have listed high-quality development of cournty economy as an important task for economic and social leapfrogging development,and according to the actual situation,A set of high-quality development policy system of county economy that is in line with the economic foundation of Suzhou and fits the actual development is developed.Although the counties and counties in Suzhou have made great progress in recent years in the development of various social undertakings such as economy,medical care,education,public services,and infrastructure construction,the complexity and uncertainty of the environment at home and abroad have increased.For the city of Suzhou,which is at the key point of structural transformation,the high-quality development of county economy still faces a series of outstanding problems such as increasing economic downward pressure,low industrial level,weak development foundation,heavy task of poverty alleviation,and environmental pollution.In the new period of economic development,Suzhou City must adjust and perfect the policy of high-quality development of county economy in order to adapt to the new requirements of developmentBased on the experience of three typical counties in JinJiang,Feng and SiHong counties,this paper analyzes the relevant policies and effective measures adopted by these counties and cities in recent years in promoting high-quality economic and social development.Through the analysis of the main achievements of counties(cities),this paper summarizes some typical experience practices that can be absorbed and referenced by the city,and lays a practical foundation for discussing the high-quality development policies of the county economy in the city.Based on the actual situation of each county in Suzhou,this paper defines the orientation and development direction of the county economic development in the future,quantifies the goals of development,and puts forward policy suggestions for the development of each county in Suzhou to meet the requirements of high-quality development in the new era.In addition,this paper introduces the construction and development of the county economic policy system through the systematic analysis of the policies related to the high-quality development of county economy introduced by the state,Anhui province and Suzhou city in recent years.This article also combines the new requirements for high-quality development of the central and provincial governments in recent years,through field surveys of the counties in Suzhou and in-depth dialogue and interviews with frontline workers,from the aspects of comprehensive economic strength,industrial transformation and upgrading,and social development.Analyze the implementation status of the existing policy in Suzhou City,systematically evaluate the effectiveness of the implementation of the policy,and point out the main problems in the process of implementing the policy.With the aim and the problem as the guide,the author puts forward the mode of development that should focus on special features on the basis of advancing the effective implementation of the existing policies,and puts forward some suggestions on the relevant policy formulation.In the aspect of policy implementation and guarantee,this paper proposes that we should take measures such as strengthening organization and leadership,improving coordination mechanism,strengthening cadre team construction,and forming a systematic policy guarantee mechanism to ensure that all policies are landed accurately and effectively.
