The concept of inclusive innovation is developed from inclusive growth, emphasizing the inclusiveness of development, focusing on the well-being and development opportunities of the people at the bottom of the pyramid. It is a concept different from the traditional concept of innovation, emphasizing equality for more people.Development opportunities. The concept of inclusive innovation is in line with China's current pursuit of balanced development and the concept of achieving common prosperity. It also provides a reference for solving the current imbalance problem in China. With the further development of the economy and society,China has made major breakthroughs in the fields of economy, science and technology, and there are different degrees of polarization in various fields and regions. How to effectively achieve balanced development and inclusive new innovations to solve this problem It has a certain role.In order to study the unbalanced development of regional inclusive innovation capability, this paper conducts spatial measurement analysis of the Yangtze River Delta with the data of 2011-2017 in the 26 cities of the Yangtze River Delta. On the one hand, through the construction of a relatively complete measurement index system for inclusive innovation capability,Descriptive statistics on the inclusive innovation capabilities of different cities in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration,in order to grasp the general situation of the inclusive innovation capability of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration and various metropolitan areas;on the other hand, construct a TW to measure the degree of polarization of inclusive innovation The index model measures the polarization of the Yangtze River Delta as a whole and within and outside the metropolitan area to explore the imbalance of outsourcing and innovation capabilities in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration and metropolitan area. The conclusion is that there is an imbalance in the distribution of inclusive innovation ability in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration, which has a certain polarization effect. However, the internal polarization phenomenon in the metropolitan area is not obvious. The core city Shanghai and the five metropolitan areas together constitute the Yangtze River Delta.Inclusive innovation has a strong growth and is highly repulsive to external cities. As far as a single metropolitan area is concerned,it has limited impact on the overall inclusive innovation polarization of the Yangtze River Delta and lacks the role of radiation. The spatial characteristics of inclusive innovation capability of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration are positively correlated, spatial distribution features are significant, and local spatial features are complex, but urban spatial characteristics are not obvious. In addition, the evolution of the spatial pattern of inclusive innovation in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration in 2011-2017 is mainly reflected in the reduction of cold spots, and there is no change in hotspot cities, indicating that the spatial clustering characteristics of the inclusive innovation capability of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration are further strengthened, and the overall urban inclusive innovation Ability has improved.
