The inclusive financial development in Yangtze River Delta region has been in a leading position in China, but the influence of the inclusive financial and the income gap between urban and rural areas have obvious threshold effect and imbalance, significant differences exist in terms of time and space. On the one hand,by the widespread impact of urban and rural income, the unbalanced allocation of financial resources directly lead to the income gap between urban and rural areas continue to expand;on the other hand, the threshold effect of the financial industry itself inhibited the development of Inclusive Finance for pre shrinking effect of income gap between urban and rural areas. Therefore, the development of inclusive financial index to measure the influence of different city, comparative analysis of income gap between urban and rural areas in different regions,to promote the construction of inclusive financial system, has important theoretical and practical significance to realize the coordinated economy of urban and rural development. On the basis of the Yangtze River Delta region from 2006 to 2016 data to construct a panel vector error correction model, using the theory and methods of innovation economics, financial service availability, efficiency in the use of financial services in two aspects, the development of inclusive financial index calculation, research from the dynamic point of view, the development of inclusive financial impact on the income gap,the effect of amplitude in quantitative measurement of inclusive financial development level on the income gap,and the use of static panel model to test the stability.According to above, the empirical results show that: At first, inclusive financial development level is not high, and regional differences are great. The development level of Inclusive Finance in each province is basically corresponding to the level of economic development. In second, inclusive financial development has a threshold effect on narrowing urban-rural income gap,but the contribution of each factor varies. The influence of industrial structure, urbanization rate and rural economic growth on urban-rural income gap is different from the panel regression model. Finally,on the basis of the above research, according to the different effects of Inclusive Financial Development on urban-rural income gap in the Yangtze River Delta region, this paper puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations.
