Research On The Coupling Coordination Measure Of Urban Scale And Benefit And Optimization Development In Northeast China

Since the reform and opening up,with the acceleration of industrialization,China's urbanization is rapidly advancing,the scale of the city continues to expand,has experienced a development process with low starting point and rapid speed.The massive influx of people into the cities each year speeds up the development of urbanization,makes the urban population scale rapidly expand,the urban space scale dramatically extend,the number of cities speedy increased,the urban system quickly expand,the "agglomeration effect" and "crowding effect" of cities are obviously reflected,causes a series of serious problems such as serious environmental pollution,the disorderly expansion of urban land,speeding concentration of population,excessive concentration of public resources,all of these problems may lead to uncoordinated development of urban efficiency and scale,hinder the healthy development of urban social economy.The Northeast China is a region with a high level of urbanization since modern times.especially after the founding of the country,it become an important industrial base.It's urbanization development has distinct resource dependence characteristics,develop a large number of resource-based cities.Since 2003,the state has issued a series of decisions such as "Several Opinions on Revitalizing the Old Industrial Base in Northeast China" to stimulate urban development in Northeast China,however,since 2013,the cities in Northeast China have still experienced tremendous pressure from the economic downturn,it reveals that there are still many problems in the economic and social development of cities in Northeast China.Northeast China has always existed as a microcosm of China's urbanization development,the problems arising in the development of urbanization are the reflection of China's urban development.The proposal of new urbanization strategy has forced the urbanization development of Northeast China to face not only the further transformation and development of resource-based cities,but also how to improve the quality of human-centered urbanization.This paper takes cities in Northeast China as samples,based on the analysis of urban scale and urban benefit in Northeast China,establish econometric model to measure the coupling and coordination between urban scale and urban benefit,finally,according to the research results,the paper puts forward suggestions for the optimization development of urban scale in Northeast China.After analysis,from 2000 to 2016,the population scale distribution in Northeast China has gradually become more reasonable,and the scale of land use in most cities has maintained a medium-high level expansion rate;a significant global spatial positive correlation exists in the spatial layout of urban economic benefit and social benefit,but the spatial agglomeration characteristics of ecological benefits is not as significant as the economic and social benefit;the coupling and coordination degree of urban scale and benefit has been improved as a whole,and the difference between cities has narrowed,and the overall regional development has been transformed from the imbalanced development type to the coordinated development type;the development speed of urban scale and benefit in different types are not the same,accordingly,the appropriate scale development path of different types of cities is proposed.
