| The improvement of the regional transportation can promote the continuous development of regional economy,society,culture,since the reform and open policy,our country's transportation infrastructure construction has made remarkable achievements,at the same time,urbanization is accelerating.The coordinated development of regional transportation and cities can provide a powerful driving force for economic development and promote the rapid flow of social resources,coordinate the allocation of resources between regions,so as to effectively promote the economic construction of cities,and further improve the quality of urban development.Therefore,it is of practical significance to study the coupling and coordination of regional traffic and urban development in Changsha.Based on the actual situation of regional traffic and urban development in Changsha,this paper constructs an evaluation index system from three dimensions of traffic facility construction level,traffic transport supporting capacity and traffic industry development potential,as well as five dimensions of urban economic development level,social development level,population development level,space developmentlevel and environmental development level to respectively build the evaluation index system,using the physics coupling model and coupling coordination model.Based on the statistical data of Changsha from 2005 to 2016,this paper analyzes the change rules and trend of coupling and coordinated development of regional traffic and urban development in Changsha,finds out the problems and puts forward suggestions to promote the coupling and coordinated development of regional traffic and urban development in Changsha on this basis.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)There is a significant positive correlation between regional traffic and urban development level in Changsha.Using SPSS to test the correlation between regional traffic and urban development level in Changsha,and the correlation coefficient was 0.974,indicating that there was a strong positive correlation between them.The P value corresponding to the correlation coefficient was 0.000<0.01,indicating that the correlation coefficient was extremely significant.Therefore,it can be seen that there was a significant positive correlation between regional traffic and urban development level in Changsha.(2)The regional traffic development and urban development of Changsha show a growing trend.After calculation,the comprehensive evaluation value of regional traffic and urban development in Changshaincreased from 0.1659 and 0.0791 in 2005 to 0.8512 and 0.8575 in 2016,respectively.(3)There is a coupling interaction between regional traffic and urban development system in Changsha,and the coupling degree tends to be coordinated.The coupling degree(C)of regional traffic and urban development in Changsha has little change in 12 years,ranging from0.4676 to 0.5.The degree of coupling coordination(D)between the two has increased from 0.2393 in 2005 to 0.6536 in 2016.In the past 12 years,they have experienced a qualitative change from disorder to coordination and have entered the primary coordination stage.(4)At present,the coupling and coordinated development of regional traffic and urban development in Changsha has the following problems:insufficient construction of traffic infrastructure,unreasonable structure of traffic and transportation,lack of scientific planning and guidance,and backward management mode.(5)Based on the above problems,countermeasures and Suggestions for the coupling and coordinated development of regional traffic and urban development in Changsha are put forward:We should strengthen the construction of transportation infrastructure,expand investment and financing channels for transportation infrastructure,optimize the structure of transportation businesses,build a networked comprehensive transportation and logistics network,formulate a scientific comprehensivetransportation development plan,and optimize the transportation management model. |
