Since China's President Xi Jinping proposed the "One Belt,One Road" initiative in 2013,China has always adhered to the principle of mutual benefit. From the perspective of global macro-strategy,China has encouraged and promoted countries along the "Belt and Road" to participate in global governance and obtained countries' positive support and responses along the route.Infrastructure construction is recognized as the core of the "Belt and Road Initiative".Therefore, the infrastructure construction project has been proposed by Chairman Xi Jinping from the "One Belt,One Road" initiative in 2013 and has been listed as the focus and priority development area of this initiative. However, the economic, social, cultural and legal systems of those countries and regions along the "Belt and Road" vary, and the infrastructure development varies greatly from country to country. Therefore, the risks involved in infrastructure investment in those regions and countries are complex and diverse. At the same time, because the enterprises involved in the infrastructure construction along the "Belt and Road" are mainly state-owned infrastructure enterprises in China,in this context,it's necessary for all the enterprises about to invest in those countries to study the risk identification and management, which will have great practical significance. This paper starts from the basic connotation and development status of the "Belt and Road",and analyzes China's participation in the "Belt and Road" through various aspects of infrastructure development along the line, the status of ownership of China's enterprises participating in overseas infrastructure, investment region, investment stock and investment industry.Secondly, through the literature research method, quantitative and qualitative analysis method, the author sorts out the main risks affecting the investment in infrastructure construction projects along the "Belt and Road",namely political risk, economic risk and legal risk.In addition,it is also found that the main factors affecting political risk are political instability, big country influence, religious culture and social unrest;the factors affecting economic risk are financing risk, exchange rate risk and inflation;the main factors affecting legal risk are contract disputes, intellectual property rights, labor issues and environmental issues.Subsequently, through the selective analysis of various major factors affecting different risks,it provides a reference for China's state-owned enterprises to quickly and efficiently identify potential risks when investing in infrastructure projects along the "Belt and Road".Finally, based on the political, economic and legal risks identified in Chapter 4,the author proposes risk management measures to reduce the losses caused by political, economic and legal risks.
