| The One Belt One Road Initiative,which was put forward in 2013,has attracted widespread international debate and positive responses from countries along the route.The One Belt One Road Initiative not only provides a beautiful blueprint for China’s future development,but also plays an important role in the development of economic globalization.Enterprises,as the main body of participation in One Belt One Road construction,is increasingly important and has greatly impacted the construction of One Belt One Road in the political,economic,technological and other aspects.Enterprises in the operation of the project will encounter a variety of risks,and whether to identify these risks in advance and take appropriate measures will be the key to determine whether the enterprise can successfully construction projects.Therefore,the study of the risks faced by enterprises involved in the construction of the One Belt One Road Initiative and the response measures are extremely important for the implementation of One Belt One Road Initiative.This paper mainly studies the many risks and responses faced by enterprises to participate in the construction of One Belt One Road,combining the existing infrastructure construction projects,sorting out the main risks faced by enterprises in infrastructure construction projects and summarizing the corresponding countermeasures.Finally,through detailed analysis of the Yawan high-speed railway project,China-Thailand railway project,and China-Laos railway project,the various types of risks faced by the China construction company were specifically explained to show what kind of impact it will have on the project,what measures will be taken to deal with the risks,and the effectiveness of the measures. |
