A Study On The Development Of Collective Economy Of Ethnic Villages In Quanzhou

Through the investigation of the collective economic development of 48 ethnic villages in Quanzhou City in recent years,this paper analyzes the current collective economy of the ethnic villages in Quanzhou comprehensively,and concludes that there are the following characteristics:All ethnic villages have collective economic income,and the income level is clearly differentiated.The influence of collective economic income on the economic and social development of ethnic villages is obvious.Most of the collective economic income of ethnic villages is mainly land,storefront and other fixed assets leasing;There is still much room for collective economic development in ethnic villages.The main measures taken by the Quanzhou Municipal Government to support the development of the collective economy in all ethnic villages were reviewed,including providing support fr-om the development factors such as policies,funds and talents,developing linkage assistance and supporting the development of ethnic villages with their distinctive features.It is found that the problems existing in the collective economic development of Quanzhou nationality village mainly include:the imbalance of collective economic development between ethnic villages due to location and resources.The source of income is narrow and the characteristics of resource-based income are obvious.The level of awareness and management of developing collective economy in ethnic villages should be improved.The role of national characteristics in developing the collective economy of ethnic villages is not obvious.This paper discusses the causes of these problems,including the congenital factors,such as location,natural resources,as well as the policies of higher authorities,the lack of targeted support measures,the capacity of the leaders of the village and the lack of responsibility.To support the development of collective economy of national village in Quanzhou city put forward countermeasure suggestion:first,the government should pay attention to,increase fund and policy support.We will lay a solid foundation for the development of the collective economy of the ethnic villages by seeking assistance funds and improving the targeting of assistance policy measures.Second,we should guide the ethnic villages to adapt to local conditions and develop the collective economy with national characteristics.We will explore and integrate resources,guide and support ethnic villages in optimizing the allocation and effective integration of factors of production such as land,Labour and capital,as well as all kinds of resources,and make full use of ethnic characteristics to establish professional cooperative economic organizations and trade associations,implement projects and drive the development of ethnic brands.Third,we will further strengthen the workforce and human resources.We will carry out intellectual activities to support agriculture,increase the training of personnel and Labour skills in ethnic villages,and promote strict and standardized management of the collective economy of ethnic villages.
