| Due to its unique location and political characteristics, the development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has always attracted much attention. With the rapid economic growth and urbanization, whether land use can coordinate with eco tope and regional economic development has become a social and academic concern.Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is a complex combination of land use,eco tope and economic development.Land use is the basis of ecological environment and economic development.Good eco tope is the basic guarantee of economic development and land use.Economic development can drive scientific and technological progress and provide dynamic support for land and ecology.Land use,eco tope and economic development promote and restrict each other.Ignoring any link will affect regional sustainable development. However, with the extensive use of land and the rapid development of economy, the contradiction between land use and ecological environment has become increasingly apparent. Therefore, the study of the relationship between land use,eco tope and economic development in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is of great significance for promoting the coordinated development of the three systems and achieving regional sustainable development. On the basis of reviewing the relevant literature at home and abroad, this paper defines the related concepts of land use and eco tope, and studies the coordinated development of land use-eco tope-economic development in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region from 2004 to 2016 by using comprehensive evaluation model, coupled degree model and coupled coordination degree model. In the research process, four periods are selected: 2004,2008,2012 and 2016.In this paper, the spatial and temporal evolution of land use-eco tope-economic development coupled coordination in 13 cities in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is analyzed by using ArcGIS software and GeoDa software, and at last, the spatial and temporal comparison between Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta is made. Results show that:(1)From 2004 to 2016,the comprehensive evaluation index of land use,eco tope and economic development in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region showed a trend of fluctuation and rise, and showed that eco tope index > land use index > economic development index.(2)The coupled degree of land use-eco tope-economic development in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is relatively high as a whole and belongs to high-level coupling;the overall level of coupled coordination degree is relatively low,and there are great differences among cities. The degree of coupled coordination can be divided into three stages: the rising stage from 2004 to 2008,the declining stage from 2008 to 2012,and the rising stage from 2012 to 2016.The change trend of the coupled coordination degree and the coupled degree are basically the same.(3)The level of land use-eco tope-economic development coupled coordination in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is higher in the southeast than in the northwest, and the cities with relatively high coupled coordination degree are mainly concentrated in Beijing and its surrounding cities;(4)By comparing with the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta in space and time, the coupled coordination degree is Yangtze River Delta > Pearl River Delta > Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,and the spatial agglomeration characteristics of the Yangtze River Delta are the most obvious. Finally, according to the results of the evaluation,time-space analysis and comparative analysis of the coupled coordination degree of land use-eco tope-economic development in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, several suggestions and countermeasures are put forward: improving the overall land use planning, implementing differentiated management of land use, strengthening the protection of eco tope, adjusting the layout of industrial structure in the region, establishing coordination agencies, and strengthening the driving role of sub-central cities. |
