Research On The Development Coordination Of Urban Agglomeration In Beijing,Tianjin And Hebei

Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,as the capital circle of our country,have attracted the attention of the people and the world.With the continuous improvement of China's comprehensive national strength,China has been developing rapidly in recent years.Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei have also embarked on the development of high speed,and have made brilliant progress in all aspects of economy and society.Then,at the same time that Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei are developing rapidly,the problem of regional development in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei is becoming increasingly prominent.Pay attention to the coordinated development of Beijing Tianjin Hebei,February 26,2014,Xi Jinping put forward the coordinated development of Beijing Tianjin Hebei,and its rise to the height of the national strategic level,to become China's three major national strategy,in April the following year,the Political Bureau of CPC Central Committee passed "the Beijing Tianjin Hebei collaborative development plan",once again stressed the strategic significance collaborative development of Beijing Tianjin hebei.It is of great significance to study the development coordination of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Urban Agglomeration in order to solve the problems existing in the development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,and to practice the national strategy.Based on the Beijing Tianjin Hebei collaborative development strategy,while considering the effects of the subjectivity of index system building and weighting methods to the comprehensive evaluation results,frequency statistics,theoretical analysis and expert consultation were used to build the common index system of the city's comprehensive development ability.This ability,along with the current state of Beijing Tianjin Hebei,the original cities' comprehensive development ability index system,was made using the method of cluster analysis screening the index of the common index system.The subjective and objective weighting method is used to evaluate the comprehensive development ability of Beijing Tianjin Hebei.The corresponding results are given.The results of the study showed that Beijing and Tianjin city group 10 city comprehensive development rankings from the front to the back is as follows:Beijing,Tianjin,Shijiazhuang,Cangzhou,Langfang,Baoding,Tangshan,Zhangjiakou,Qinhuangdao,Chengde;which ranked the economic development system from the front to the back is as follows:Tianjin,Beijing,Shijiazhuang,Langfang,Cangzhou,Baoding,Tangshan,Zhangjiakou,Chengde,Qinhuangdao;ranking social development subsystem from the front to the back is as follows:Tianjin,Beijing,Shijiazhuang,Cangzhou,Baoding,Langfang,Tangshan,Chengde,Zhangjiakou,Qinhuangdao;ranking system of spiritual civilization from the front to the back is as follows:Beijing,Tianjin,Qinhuangdao,Shijiazhuang,Langfang,Zhangjiakou,Chengde,Cangzhou,Tangshan,Baoding;ranking environment and infrastructure subsystem from the front to the back is as follows:Beijing,Tianjin,Cangzhou,Shijiazhuang,Paul Zhangjiakou,Tangshan,Chengde,Qinhuangdao and Langfang.The overall development of Beijing and Tianjin city group has been basically coordinated;Beijing and Tianjin comprehensive development of basic coordination,coordination and overall development of Beijing in Hebei Province,Beijing province and Hebei Shijiazhuang development coordination,Beijing and Hebei province other city development are not coordinated;compare the overall coordination development in Tianjin and Hebei Province,the coordinated development between Tianjin and Hebei have failed to in the city alone.Based on the results of the study,this paper gives the corresponding policy recommendations for reference.
