Research On Evaluation And Assignment Of Main Factors Influencing Collaborative Development Of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei

The study of the coordination development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region is increasingly enjoying theoretical value and practical significance since it upgrades as national strategy. To get a better study of the regional coordination development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, I herewith developed a set of evaluation methods for regional coordination development, which divides factors affecting economic development into two parts, physical one and abstract one. The former includes geographic position, national resources and infrastructure; while the latter covers policies and systems, science technology and moral quality. Being a relatively integrated system of factors, they involve aspects like society, politics, culture and natual ecology.Based on the evaluation of every factor and the cross-evaluation between factors and economic development, we can analyse and study all the factors in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region easily and clearly. We can provide valuable suggestions and solutions for the regional coordination development by finding the cause of the difference in economic development and the breakthrough point and key point for cooperation among Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region.The exploit and application of natural resource and the investment and construction for basic facilities seem to be easily accessible for coordination among Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region. While policies and system, science technology and moral quality provides more difficulties.However,coordination development for political and systems development shows bigger possibility among Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region. Education and training serve as the bridge for the coordination between science technology and moral quality.The author assumes if we expect to realize economic development among Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region,well-conditioned communication and cooperation system among all the departments in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region are badly needed. These thress regions should found cooperation platform for coordination among Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region based on their own advantage and function, abandoning regional protectionism. They should set up coordinational groups for coordination among Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region and found cooperational system of sharing interests, information and risks.
