Application Research Of Value Engineering In Green Shared Bicycle Enterprises

With shared bicycle enterprises as the main research object,the paper works to explore the application of value engineering in green shared bicycle enterprises on the basis of value engineering theory through theoretical research and case analysis.To begin with,this paper makes a review on the concept,connotation,research direction and research theory of shared economy,shared travel and green travel,as well as the development and application of value engineering theory.In addition,expert interviews,research,and data collection have been carried out in the Traffic Department of Shijingshan District,Beijing and typical companies engaged in share bicycles,and questionnaires for shared bicycles have been issued to gain a reference for study.Secondly,Mobike and ofo,as typical representatives of domestic shared bike enterprises are taken as examples to analyze their current situation,the financing situation,and the problems of bicycles.Then,the discussion is carried out from three aspects of shared vehicles,lock of bicycles and post-stage operation in green shared travel enterprises.Thirdly,in terms of green travel in shared bike enterprises,the current situation is first analyzed,and the standards and methods for the use of green value engineering theory are defined in the next step.Finally,this paper draws it conclusion:(1)The theory and method of value engineering In the application research of shared bicycle enterprises,it is helpful to find problems in their enterprises and improve them.(2)Shared bicycle companies should strengthen management in terms of vehicles and operations to enhance their competitiveness.(3)The emergence and development of shared bicycles can help the establishment of urban green transportation system and help to enhance residents'willingness to travel green.(4)Green value engineering is effective and necessary for companies.It is benefit that the user's green awareness is strengthened and the changes of user's travel concept for shared bicycle companies.The paper makes a demonstration to the feasibility and effectiveness of value engineering in green shared travel enterprises through theoretical analysis and case study,which not only expands the application of value engineering,but also enjoys great application value to improve the value of shared bicycle enterprises.This paper proposes management inspiration from the three aspects of enterprises,governments and users,which helps to share the better development of bicycle companies:(1)The development of enterprises requires the support of the government.The government should establish reasonable rules and regulations,improve the access mechanism for bicycle companies and operators,guide bicycle companies and users to share travel.(2)Enterprises conduct self-regulation and technological innovation,carry out bicycle hardware upgrades,strengthen bicycle operation management,establish a sound trust mechanism and build a shared bicycle data network.(3)Users are the main body of enterprise development.We should strengthen the sharing concept and green travel ideas of users,improve the user allowed access mechanism,and establish effective communication channels between users and enterprises.
