Study On The Pension Security Of Rural Elderly Living Alone In Jilin Province

There is a big difference between China and the western.China has graet scale of old people,fast-paced aging speed and urban-rural inverse(means aging population in rural is bigger than in urban),which put more pressure on taking care of the elderly and increase more difficulties to instruct social pension security system.Dealing with the process of the pension problem brought by aging population,home alone elderly in rural areas,as a special elderly,haven't been paid enough attention as much as the normal and didn't get needed care.In addition,they are not the same as the most elderly in pension security.Therefore,pension security becomes a problem for home alone elderly,which plays an increasingly important role.In this paper,rural elderly living alone in jilin province were selected as the survey objects,and questionnaires were distributed to them for investigation.164 valid questionnaires were collected.Based on the investigation and analysis of the population,family,health and other basic conditions of the elderly living alone in rural areas of jilin province,as well as their income security,medical security,care security,spiritual comfort,security and other old-age security conditions,which is concluded that the old-age security of rural elderly living alone in jilin province has such problems as insufficient income security,serious lack of spiritual security,prominent demand for security security and low availability of medical security resources.And from the system,culture,economy,community and other aspects of rural elderly living alone analysis of the causes of pension security problems,It is mainly because of the weakening of family security function brought by the change of family structure,the serious shortage of rural pension resources caused by population flow,the imperfect rural social security system,and the backward construction of rural communities under the urban-rural gap.Then it puts forward that the rural community construction should be improved and its old-age service function should be brought into play.Develop the rural economy and lay the material and environmental foundation for the elderly living alone.Perfect rural social security system,strengthen social security function and other countermeasures.
