Research On Long-term Aging Care Organization: Experience From Xi'an Union Elderly Nursing Home

At present,the issue of long-term care for the elderly is not given sufficient attention in the social security system implemented in China.When aging has become a common problem faced by all humans,it is necessary to do in-depth research on the care of elderly people.The most important one is to coordinate the elderly long-term care system with current national conditions.From the current perspective,it is of great significance to seek for the various shortcomings of the aged care system and propose solutions to promote the integrity of social security theory.The exploration of the long-term care system for the elderly will improve the content of social security.In this paper,literature analysis,comparative analysis and case analysis are used.Welfare pluralism,Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,and system theory are used as the basis for the study of the dissertation.The current situation of the supply and demand market for elderly long-term care security is analyzed in depth: Currently,there are old people with disabilities.The proportion of “Empty Nest” is facing more severe difficulties in life.The old age of elderly people is in increasing demand in old age.The long-term care for the elderly is relatively simple,the supply of elderly long-term care institutions is insufficient,and high long-term care costs are among the issues.Contradictions,coupled with the lack of understanding of the traditional concept of correct understanding of nursing organizations,has resulted in the shortage of professional nursing facilities and shortage of personnel,and the difficulty in developing long-term care products for the elderly.It further provided a case study of institutional nursing for the elderly nursing homes in Xi'an City.It provided an illustration of the role played by government support,nurturing the market for aged care facilities,diversifying the supply of elderly care facilities,and optimizing the benefits of elderly care allowances.Solve the contradiction between long-term supply and demand for elderly care.
