As a well-known domestic telecommunication infrastructure construction enterprise,the domestic market situation has been updated.The competition between GD company and its competitors has changed from grabbing market share to managing efficiency and human resources competition.Therefore,building a high-quality,high-performance staff team has become an important guarantee for GD company to maintain its momentum of development.Based on the management practice of Jiangxi GD Company in pursuit of performance management optimization,this study combines the current performance management system of Jiangxi GD Company with the relevant theories of performance management.Through questionnaires,it is found that there are some problems in the current performance management system of Jiangxi GD Company,such as unreasonable design of evaluation indicators,low enthusiasm of employees for performance management,and the disconnection between performance evaluation system and company strategy.Based on the analysis of the reasons for the problems in performance management of Jiangxi GD Company,it is found that the index design of the existing performance management system lacks scientific theoretical guidance,the participation of middle and grass-roots employees is low,and the performance management scheme lacks safeguards.In view of the specific problems found,this paper designs the optimization scheme of Jiangxi GD Company's performance management system.The optimization scheme includes redefining the performance appraisal index and method of provincial company,designing the hierarchical competition mechanism in performance appraisal,strengthening the application of performance appraisal results and designing the formal performance communication system.Secondly,this paper attempts at the level of the Ministry of Business with relevant theories.At last,this paper designs the safeguard measures of the optimization scheme of performance management system,including the support of senior leaders and the training of performance management in the whole company.It is hoped that through these efforts,Jiangxi GD Company will maintain its sustainable competitive advantage and development potential.
