Discussion On Strategic Risk Management And Control Of "Industrial Ecology" Strategy Of Company

The industry determines the rise and fall of the company and the strategy affects the success or failure of the company.A successful corporate strategy is inevitably to integrate industrial development and industrial ecology into the business strategy.Therefore,the industry decision strategy has become a key factor for most companies in the current corporate strategy.A successful corporate strategy can effectively promote a company's long-term industrial competitive advantage and improve its sustainable development capabilities.Under the business background of industrial cross-border integration and industrial ecological management,The industrial ecology of the company formed by the industry's decision-making strategy through its cross-border integration has profoundly affected the future development of the company.Today's companies either build an industrial ecosystem or integrate into the industrial ecosystem.Therefore,constructing a good industrial ecological strategy,controlling various risks arising in the industrial ecological strategy,and ensuring the effective implementation of the industrial ecological strategy have become the focus of the company's choice of industrial ecological strategy.This paper aims to explore and analyze the issue of controlling strategic risks in the implementation of industrial ecological strategy.Industrial ecological strategic risks can be divided into product risks,capital risks,compliance risks,and synergistic risks according to their source types.If enterprises fail to effectively control these risks in the implementation of industrial ecological strategies,they may lead to the strategies of enterprises themselves and their ecological partners failure,eventually led to the collapse of the entire industrial ecosystem.Therefore,with the increasing importance of the industrial ecological strategy,the management and control of industrial ecological strategy has become a high priority for enterprises.In view of this,this paper focuses on the strategic control of industrial ecological strategy,taking the Meinian Onehealth Healthcare Company of small and medium-sized listed companies as a typical case,and constructing a theoretical framework of industrial ecological strategic risk management and control,and then launching targeted analysis of case companies.It tries to analyze the internal mechanism of the company's industrial ecological strategy risk management and control-target setting,content structure,implementation method and effect evaluation,etc.,to provide an implementation path for enterprises to carry out effective industrial ecological strategic risk management and control.This paper is divided into five parts.The first chapter is the introduction.This chapter systematically elaborates the background and significance of the research,and introduces the framework and ideas of the paper.This paper untangle and studies the relevant literature of industrial ecology and its strategy,risk managemengt and control of industrial ecology strategy,and refines and summarizes the corresponding views.The second chapter summarizes the theoretical basis of industrial ecological strategic risk management and control.On the basis of summing up the previous research conclusions,it untangle the industrial ecological strategic risk and industrial ecological strategic risk management and control,which makes readers have a deeper understanding of industrial ecological strategic risk management and control,and lays the foundation for the following case study.The third chapter gives a brief introduction to the case of ecological strategic risk management and control in the "Big Health Circle" of Meinian Onehealth Healthcare Company,so that readers can have a clearer understanding of its strategic risk management and control.The fourth Chapter is the case study of ecological strategic risk management and control in the "Big Health Circle" of Meinian Onehealth Healthcare Company.This paper mainly analyses the main contents of strategic risk management and control in the process of implementing the "Big Health Circle" ecological strategy,including goal setting,content framework,implementation mode,organization setting and effect evaluation.Through the risk management and control of the "Big Health Circle" ecological strategy,the "Big Health Circle" ecological strategy has been effectively promoted,and the healthy market competitiveness has been improved.The fifth chapter is based on the conclusions and inspirations of the case analysis.On the basis of theoretical analysis and practical analysis,this paper puts forward the following suggestions: if enterprises want to control the strategic risks brought by industrial ecological strategy,first,they should control product risks,improve the market competitiveness and customer stickiness of core products,ensure the sustainability of industrial ecological resources,and then lay the foundation for the implementation of Industrial Ecological strategy;second,when expand industrial ecological strategy,we should pay attention to control capital risk,reduce the adverse effects of Industrial Ecological strategy,ensure the steady implementation of industrial ecological strategy.Third,in the process of promoting industrial ecological strategy,we should ensure the compliance of industrial ecological strategy,reduce the enormous losses of industrial ecological strategy due to violation of laws and regulations,effectively guarantee the industrial ecology strategy to run along the compliance track.Finally,enterprises should control the risk of synergistic risk,promote close cooperation between enterprises and industrial ecological partners,improve the economic effect of industrial ecological strategy,and ultimately achieve the strategic goal of benefit both sides invloved and value creation.The innovation of this paper is that,this paper for the first time focuses on the risk management and control of industrial ecological strategy,makes a thorough analysis of its content framework and implementation mechanism,and puts forward that the risk management and control of industrial ecological strategy should proceed from product risk,capital risk,compliance risk and synergetic risk,and constructs a content framework of industrial ecological strategic risk management and control,so as to promot the industry ecology strategy develops healthily and steadily.
