Rural settlements are the main carrier of residents’ production and activity,and they are the core expression of rural human-land relationship.With the advancement of China’s urban and rural development process,the relationship between rural population and land has undergone tremendous changes.The number of non-agricultural population and the scale of rural residential land increased simultaneously,the level of intensive utilization of rural settlements is low,rural construction land use exceeded the standard seriously,rural recession problems such as unequal resource allocation and diminished living environment have become increasingly prominent.In the context of national ’reduction planning’,based on the perspective of smart shrinkage,the research on the potential analysis and spatial layout optimization of rural residential areas is carried out to enrich the perspective and content of rural residential research,and to provide some decision basis for rural land improvement project development and rural planning preparation.Based on the current situation of rural residential land use in Shidian County,this paper used comprehensive revised construction land standard method to measure and calculate the settlement potential of residential areas and divided the potential division.Under the guidance of smart shrinkage theory,the MCR model was used to explore the spatial distribution suitability of rural residential areas in Shidian County,and the layout optimization of residential areas is divided.The size of the rural population and the actual potential of the residential area is quantitatively constrained,and the space partition is defined by the suitability partition and the voronio map.Finally obtained the results of spatial distribution optimization of rural residential areas in Shidian county according to the trend and optimization strategy from the perspective of smart shrinkage.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The current situation of rural settlements areas in Shidian County are large,the growth rate is fast,the per capita land use exceeds the standard,and the spatial distribution is significantly different.(2)The theoretical potential of rural settlements in Shidian County is 2,476.48 hectares,and the actual potential scale is 974.08 hectares,accounting for 17.85%of the rural settlement.The distribution in various townships varies greatly.According to the potential coefficient,the three potential areas are divided.Due to the difference in potential scale,development conditions and constraints,the direction and timing of their potential release are different.(3)Through the MCR model analysis,the rural residential layout is divided into five appropriate zones:high-suitable district,suitable district,general suitable district,unsuitable district,extremely unsuitable district.The proportion of highly suitable area is the smallest,and the moderate to low suitable area is the largest.The unsuitable area and the extremely unsuitable area account for more than 50%of the area of Shidian County.The overall layout of rural residential land is highly suitable,mainly distributed in highly suitable areas and high suitable areas.(4)Based on the two dimensions of urbanization and intensification of rural residential areas,the spatial layout optimization types of rural residential areas in Shidian county are divided into six types:urbanization development type,key development type,control development type,optimization and combination type,low-value relocation and characteristic development type.Based on the optimization strategy of residential area,under the sharp contraction Angle of view to determine Shidian county spatial layout optimization of residential area,after optimization,the county of rural residential land scale of 5136.40 hectares,residential land is 182.33 square meters per person.The scale of rural settlements is reduced,the degree of agglomeration and the degree of suitability are increased,and the spatial layout is more reasonable. |
