In recent years,with the rapid development of computer and internet technology,people have more and more demands on the Internet of Things(IoT).IoT business involves all aspects,especially IoT project promotion and business application,which are the key to the future development of operators.As one of the three major operators in China,China Mobile attaches great importance to the development of the Internet of Things,Internet of Things project implementation,can according to different industry to do"Connecting Everything"the Internet solutions.With the transformation of telecom industry from high-speed development type to mature type,the profit growth brought profit growth becomes more and more difficult,and the profit space is gradually shrinking.Enterprises need to take the cost leadership strategy as the theoretical support,strengthen competitive advantages.IoT project as a new entry for China Mobile of YunNan province,the project itself has complex cost investment which from construction,operations,and technology,we need to make scientific and feasible process method,technical means,measures for the management of pressure drop the complex costs,and improve the project management efficiency.The paper research the cost reduction and efficiency increase method of China Mobile of YnnNan company,in this paper can be divided into two aspects.The first aspect is to increase efficiency.Through the implementation of scientific means of project management,the input and output are analyzed,and the efficiency is greatly improved until the completion of the project.The second is to increase the effect.In the successful implementation of the project,the effect of achievement goals is achieved.
