The Research Of Business Model Of Telecom Operators Based On The Internet Of Things Environment

With the rapid development of information communication technology, the internet of things, which is called as the tihrd wave of the information industry is coming into people’s vision. Traditional communication services market has tended to saturation, and the internet of things has brought the new vitality to the fierce market competition. The internet of things is more complex and changeable than the traditional communication industry. The telecom operators must face the challenges. So the internet of things has brought opportunities and challenges at the same time.Telecom operators is the core enterprise of traditional communication industry. So it hope to be able to get the chance to consolidate its core status. And business model design and innovation will inevitably meet t the telecom operators’s demand. Therefore, the business model of the telecom operators is very important. It can help telecom operators to find the development direction and the enterprise strategy. The first of all, in this article, it has analyzed the business model of the telecom operators of the internet of things based on the business model theory and the value network theory. The business model theory and the value network theory is the theoretical basis of this paper. It has analyzed the industrial structure of the internet of things and the positioning of the telecom operators. Secondly, in the article, it uses of a variety of research methods, such as literature study, questionnaire survey, data analysis, case analysis and so on. And it has analyzed the business model of the telecom operators from overall perspective, industry perspective, company perspective. In this paper, it finds the key points and the important factors base on the data analysis. Then it finds the enterprise strategy of the telecom operators.
