A citizen of the United States highest honor "Presidential Medal of freedom" winner,the father of modern management Peter Drucker in his masterpiece "management: tasks,responsibilities,practices" with a chapter on "people are our greatest asset",emphasizing the importance of talents and human resources management in enterprises.Visible in the fierce competition in the market economy,talent is the most valuable resource.Thirty years of reform and opening up,China has more and more enterprises realize the importance of talent,especially as one of the pillar industries in China's infrastructure construction enterprises,A company has also realized the detection of highway engineering professional technical personnel is crucial for success or failure of the enterprise life and death.A company is a professional company testing is one of the world's top five hundred large central enterprises under the highway,was founded in 2008,relying on the parent brand and strong marketing network,after ten years of development,has achieved a certain development.At the time of the establishment of A company,the enthusiasm of the staff was high,and gained many encouraging results.However,with the continuous expansion of the size of the company,but in the operation of such a problem.Therefore,it is urgent to strengthen the research on the incentive management of highway engineering professionals in A company.In this paper,through some research methods,the author makes an overview of the incentive management of A company,analyzes the current incentive situation,summarizes the existing problems,and proposes solutions.Reference management literature,combined with the actual situation of enterprises,this paper designs the A company incentive management research outline,the outline for the indicators,this paper draws on statistics,not satisfied with the main problems of incentive of professional and technical personnel.After analyzing the satisfaction of various factors,this paper sums up the main problems existing in the incentive management of A company.On the basis of the current situation,investigation,analysis and induction,on the basis of the existing incentive scheme,this paper constructs a more reasonable incentive plan.The purpose of the program is to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of professional and technical personnel,for the healthy and sustainable development of the company to provide the driving force.
