As the security market continues:o expand, home appliances, IT and other industry companies have gradually joined the security industry. Among them, foreign-led high-tech security companies not only have a high financial strength, but also possess more advanced technical support. While the influx of many enterprises joins into security industry, the security industry competition is heating up. Now M technology Co., Ltd has many problems in the set and operation of organization structure.so it is worth concerning the problem on how to grasp the chance and meet the challenge by the way of optimizing its organization structure. According to the above analysis, Then it designs the optimizing problem of the organization structure of this enterprise.the concrete execution plan and matching measures are put forward afterwards.
