Enterprise Organizational Structure Optimization Design Study

This paper selects a more representative enterprise that is Sinohydro bureau XX as an example from Sinohydro construction enterprises, this company is engaged in construction:such as scientific research, the design, the development, procurement, construction, manufacturing installation, supervision, consulting for the integration of the super backbone enterprise, which is a multinational, cross area, cross-industry of large comprehensive famous enterprise. The company has broken expand and business development of the company’s organizational structure has not been able to adapt to the needs of development, we must reform. Based on Sinohydro bureau XX organization structure as the research object, using the interview method, questionnaire survey method, the organization structure of field survey, analysis and find out the existing problems and the insufficiency, for company organization structure adjustment, put forward the corresponding ideas and Suggestions.In this paper, at first the organization and organization structure theory were reviewed in this paper, through the collection and analysis data, understand the present situation of the management of Sinohydro bureau XX and its organizational structure operation, in the interview survey found that there exist in current organization structure management function is lacking and overlap, post setting is not rational, post name is not clear, Rights and responsibility are not matching, management processes is defective, professional channel not fully open, the enterprise culture construction is to be improved. Aiming at these problems, the organization and organizational structure design theory as the guide, combining Sinohydro bureau XX management purpose and their own characteristic, this paper puts forward Sinohydro bureau XX organization structure adjustment suggestion project and perfect organizational structure should take necessary measures, and finally reach a conclusion that the organize structure adjustment should not only to management, organizational behavior theory as the basis, and according to the enterprise actual situation consistent.
