Research On The Development Of Health Tourism Characteristic Towns

With the vigorous implementation of the Healthy China Strategy and the acceleration of urbanization,the country has issued a series of policies and guidelines to promote the cultivation and development of characteristic towns.Nowadays,tourism characteristic towns have a rapid development momentum;In addition,with the high-quality development of China’s economy and society and the continuous improvement of the people’s material living standards,the people’s demand for health and culture is increasing day by day,and the market of health tourism characteristic towns has great development prospects.Currently,China’s health tourism characteristic towns are still in the initial stage of development,with problems such as low integration of industrial resources,imperfect planning and layout,and a shortage of professional health tourism talents.Therefore,in-depth research on the tourism development strategy of health tourism characteristic towns will have a great role in promoting the healthy development of health tourism characteristic towns in the future.This study takes Wentang Health Tourism and Characteristic Town as the research object,selects typical cases of health tourism characteristic towns at home and abroad,studies their development process and classification of development models,and summarizes four experiences and inspirations in the development of health tourism: health resources should be the key to development,overall planning and rational development should be achieved,the construction of a health tourism workforce should be strengthened,and the government should improve quality and efficiency.Through literature analysis and survey questionnaires,this study conducted a deep study on the basic status,development status,customer source development status,human resource development status,and overall satisfaction of tourists in the health and health tourism characteristic town of Wentang Town.The existing shortcomings and problems in the tourism development of Wentang Town’s health and health tourism characteristic town were analyzed.On this basis,a SWOTAHP model was established to qualitatively analyze the tourism of Wentang Health Tourism and Characteristic Town from four aspects: advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,and challenges;Combining the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to identify the factors that have a significant impact on the tourism development of Wentang Health Tourism and Characteristic Town,and using the four quadrant coordinate method to determine that Wentang Health Tourism and Characteristic Town has both internal advantages and external opportunities,a competitive development strategy should be adopted,and targeted development strategies and implementation measures should be proposed to promote the sustainable development of Wentang Health Tourism and Characteristic Town,Provide theoretical guidance and reference for the future development of similar health tourism characteristic towns.
