A Case Study On The Evolution Of Enterprise Micro Innovation In The Era Of Big Data

In recent years,with the rapid development of society and science and technology,enterprise innovation behavior has changed.By customer demand oriented,the various data generated in the process of organizational operation begin to be more widely concerned in the era of big data.On the basis of this,as a new innovation paradigm from the microcosmic level,the micro innovation has became a hot research topic in the field of business and academia.Micro innovation are neither large,minimally invasive,radical innovation of new revolutionary subversion,nor small,progressive,conservative innovation of unit type.Micro innovation regard the need of users as the core,through the combination of a variety of small improvements,form innovative methodology of organizational system transformation.Micro innovation always play a role in the full range of enterprises,not only the product or service portfolio,the fine-tuning of the strategy,but also the key technology of the enterprise iterative innovation.Therefore,the developing process of micro innovation of enterprise is dynamic.Generally speaking,the research and study on the new theory of micro innovation has not been carried out systematically.With the contradiction of the new evolution stages of micro innovation,it is lack of systematic research on the theory of micro innovation.Therefore,in view of the lack of theoretical research and the realistic demand,this paper is based on the era of big data,discussing the theory of micro innovation from the review of theory,the questions of research,the design of research,the analysis of case and the summary systematically,hoping to solve the problem of three aspects of the research.Firstly,combined with evolutionary theory,this paper explores the characteristics of the evolution of enterprise micro innovation.Secondly,combined with the theory of resource and ability,the evolution path of enterprise micro innovation has been discussed.Thirdly,according to the case of enterprises,the key factors that affect the evolution of enterprise micro innovation are summarized.At the same time,based on the above questions,this paper sums up the general law of the evolution of enterprise micro innovation in the era of big data.This paper explores five major findings through the review of large data,micro innovation,dynamic
