Research On The Optimization Of Bank A's International Remittance Business Process For Corporate Clients

International remittance business has been playing an important role in the intermediary businesses of the banking industry,and it is an important source of commercial bank profits.With more stringent regulatory policies and more diversified demands of clients,the competition of the international remittance business in the banking industry is becoming fiercer.Business process is the one that can significantly reflect the differences of products and services,and the business process optimization gradually becomes one of the magic keys for commercial banks to enhance competitiveness.This paper comprehensively analyzes the international remittance business process of bank A through the methods of literature research,investigation,qualitative analysis and others,to find out the reasons for the low efficiency of business processing,and put forward the methods to optimize the existing problems.Firstly,it introduces the relevant theoretical basis of this paper,the research status at home and abroad and the urgency and necessity of business process optimization.Secondly,it analyzes the current situation of bank A's international remittance and compares the processing efficiency and processing mode of related businesses within the industry.Thirdly,through the analysis of bank A's international remittance business process,the optimization of the process focuses on customer demands,and be carried out with the help of information system and electronic construction,and put forward to establish an intensive business processing mode of "compliance audit in branches and systematical operation in operation center".Finally,the results of business process optimization are evaluated and reviewed.
