In recent years,the real estate industry has been in the national policy adjustment and control,the development of the industry is in constant adjustment and transformation,and the real estate industry is no longer popular with the "90s" because of the rapid development of the Internet,finance and other industries.In addition,they lack career planning and beliefs.They do not believe in authority,ignoring administrative instructions.They are not willing to engage in simple and highly repetitive basic work because of low desire for work,and they always talk about money first before work.They lack the patience of the study and even "take leave without delay".Company ZY takes the construction of talent echelon as one of the important strategies for the company's development all the time and attaches great importance to the recruitment and training of young people,including a large number of fresh graduates.Since 2012,the "90s" staff has gradually become the core goal of enterprise personnel training,but Company ZY has been plagued by the high turnover rate,resulting in higher recruitment costs and training costs,which has become an urgent and relatively serious problem which must be faced by the company in the talent strategy.Based on the feedback and statistics of relevant data and causes of the "90s" employee turnover in Company ZY from 2012 to 2016,combined with the feedback from the 2014-2016 Company Satisfaction Survey of the "90s" staff,this essay will analyze the relevant influential factors of the high turnover rate of the "90s" employees,delve deeply in the "election,education,use,stay" and other aspects,and propose that recruitment and selection processes should be detailed in the recruitment process,assessment and analysis should be performed well,combined with relevant literatures and research results at home and abroad;In terms of training,the company needs to strengthen the influence of corporate culture,correct work values;In the daily management,managers should start from themselves to change management ideas,enhance the manager's leadership,meanwhile emphasize that management approaches should be innovated constantly based on the principles of fairness,impartiality and openness,gradually create an employer brand and enhance staff stickiness,so as to effectively control the turnover rate of the "90s" staff in Company ZY to better achieve human resources strategic objectives of the talent pool and the construction of talent echelon of Company ZY.
