Anti-poverty is one of the common problems facing the development of all countries in the world.It is both an economic phenomenon and a political issue.In 2020,China plans to complete the task of comprehensive poverty alleviation in accordance with the current standards for poverty alleviation,and realize the grand goal of “completely building a well-off society,one cannot be less;on the road of common prosperity,one cannot fall behind”.Liannan Yao Autonomous County of Qingyuan City belongs to the gathering place of ethnic minorities in Guangdong and northern Guangdong.It is one of the key poverty alleviation areas in the group of “old,small,border,mountain and poor”.The causes of poverty are complicated and poverty alleviation is difficult.E-commerce precision poverty alleviation as one of China's precision poverty alleviation innovation projects.In recent years,the state has repeatedly emphasized the e-commerce precision poverty alleviation and the introduction of guidance,but at present,China's research on the accuracy and poverty alleviation of e-commerce in ethnic areas is relatively small.Therefore,based on China's further deepening strategy of poverty alleviation,this paper studies the value of e-commerce precision poverty alleviation in ethnic areas of Liannan Yao Autonomous County.This paper is divided into six parts: The first and second chapters respectively explain the background,significance,research status at home and abroad,related concepts and the theoretical basis of this paper.The third chapter analyzes the current situation of rural e-commerce poverty alleviation in the ethnic areas of Liannan Yao Autonomous County,and understands Liannan The three main interest groups of the government,e-commerce enterprises and poor households in the rural e-commerce poverty alleviation in the minority areas of the Yao Autonomous County,diagnose the main problems of the existence;the fourth chapter analyzes the successful cases of domestic e-commerce poverty alleviation,integrates the experience with reference value and then learns from The fifth chapter constructs the rural e-commerce poverty alleviation model in the ethnic minority areas of Liannan Yao Autonomous County,and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the rural e-commerce poverty alleviation in Liannan Yao Autonomous County;the sixth chapter is the conclusion.The study found that: First,China's ethnic areas with precise poverty alleviation and general precision poverty alleviation are related but different.The precise poverty alleviation in ethnic areas is an important part of China's precise poverty alleviation work,and it hasspecial characteristics in its necessity and significance.E-commerce precision poverty alleviation is one of the top ten projects for poverty alleviation in China.It is an innovative combination of e-commerce and industrial poverty alleviation.It inherits the relevant modes,characteristics and advantages of e-commerce,and has the effect of improving industrial development and improving economic efficiency in China's ethnic regions.The poverty-stricken groups in ethnic areas have the effect of increasing expenditures and helping them to achieve self-improvement.The precise poverty alleviation of e-commerce is conducive to poverty alleviation by “spreading poor households”.Secondly,from the typical case analysis,the author believes that it is not necessary to develop e-commerce in areas with developed economy,good industrial conditions and perfect infrastructure,and can develop and achieve success through effective assistance.Thirdly,the author designed the e-commerce poverty alleviation model and improvement measures for the research object of Liannan Yao Autonomous County.The model is: government + big data center + e-commerce platform +scientific research institution + cooperative + characteristic industry,and the market is proposed for this model.Four principles of leading,local characteristics,project access,and typical approach.The measures include: establishing a large data management platform for Liannan County,strengthening the training and organization of Liannan County electric merchants,building a county e-commerce ecosystem in Liannan County,actively introducing Liannan County e-commerce poverty alleviation funds,and establishing the product brand of Liannan County.Construction.
