The strategy emphasizes the importance of solving the problems of agriculture, rural areas and farmers, and points out the leading position of agricultural development. As a rapidly urbanized region in China, the internal structure of jiangsu province is turning to be complicated under the promotion of urbanization. The traditional model that only focuses on the development of a single system is no longer applicable. It is necessary to understand the interaction mechanism between rural multiple systems to explore a new development model. In addition, regional differences have always been an important challenge for the overall development of jiangsu province. In this context, regional differences in rural development also need to be further explored. From the perspective of rural multi-system coupling and coordinated development, this paper explores the spatial differentiation of rural development in jiangsu province under the guidance of agriculture,in order to fulfill the strategic needs of rural revitalization led by agriculture and provide theoretical reference for the overall optimization and development of rural areas in jiangsu province. In this paper, the development index evaluation formula based on the entropy value method was applied to evaluate the development index and comprehensive development index of each subsystem of rural population, economy and society in 13 prefecture-level cities of jiangsu province from 2000 to 2015.Based on the development index by using the coupling coordination degree analysis method based on entropy value method of coupling coordination degree of population, economy and society and coupling coordination degree of two subsystem is calculated, and the application of spatial autocorrelation analysis method combined with the overall level of development of jiangsu province state space differentiation analysis was carried out on the coupling coordination level, the result showed that:(1)rural population, economy and society in jiangsu province coupling coordination level is higher, better development state;(2)The spatial evolution of the coupling coordinated development of the three systems is a process in which the high agglomeration area gradually becomes dominant and keeps moving north.,the whole area presents a significant spatial differentiation state of south jiangsu, middle jiangsu and north jiangsu;(3)there are differences in the coupling and coordinated development of the two subsystems,in which the population-society develops slowly at a high level, the population-economy develops steadily at a medium level, and the economy-society develops rapidly at a low level;(4)the coupling coordination level of two subsystems in the south of jiangsu-jiangsu-north gradient difference pattern, mainly shows the north, the east and along the southern part of the development of good spatial pattern state.According to coupling coordination level space differentiation characteristics, this paper applied the urbanization rate and coupling coordination degree has carried on the correlation analysis, demonstrates the urbanization is one of the important factors affecting the coupling coordination development, and the positive impact than the negative effect, with the multi-factor coupling coordination interaction affects the rural development space differentiation characteristics of formation. After that, the causes of different influencing factors were analyzed from the perspective of the whole province, and the effects of urbanization in each district were analyzed in detail, and the overall optimization strategy of rural areas based on coupling and coordinated development was proposed from the perspective of the whole province and each district.
