By the end of 2015,China's e-commerce market transactions are huge,reaching 18.3 trillion yuan,having an increase of 36.5%,which fully proved that the rapid development of domestic e-commerce industry.Therefore,in order to comply with the tide of development,in April 2014,Jingdong carried out cross-border electricity business-Jingdong global store.This model is a new attempt of Jingdong in the field of cross-border electric business,which has a positive significance for itself and the whole cross-border market.Therefore,this article is focus on the profit model of Jingdong global store.It is not only an analysis of China's comprehensive B2C industry cross-border e-commerce model,but also provides development reference for other enterprises within the industry.This paper first integrates the research results in and abroad,then clarifys the basic concepts of the research object.After that the paper sums up the external environment of Jingdong global store,including the overview of China's B2C cross-border electricity market and the macro environment analysis of Jingdong global store laying the foundation for the full text.In the analysis of Jingdong global store's profit model,this paper first uses the SWOT model to summarize the existing profit model of Jingdong global store's internal and external environment.And then it carries on the concrete factor analysis to its profit model.In the basis of Porter's competitive advantage theory,the author analyses Jingdong global store's competitive advantage,competitive strategy,income and profit sources.Through the above analysis,the article draws a conclusion that Jingdong global store is not only profitable and has a broad space for development.Finally,based on Jingdong global store's profit model,this paper makes a revelation for the further development of Chinese B2C cross-border electricity industry.
