Study On The Development Of Rural Homestay Inn In The Laoshan Scenic Core Area Under The Background Of Holistic Tourism

In 2015,the state put forward the strategy of holistic tourism development.Laoshan District of Qingdao was included in the first national tourism demonstration area.Laoshan District proposed to establish the concept of "Laoshan holistic tourism",relying on the Laoshan scenic spot to drive the creation of a tourism demonstration area.Laoshan scenic area rural tourism development ushered in a new opportunity.Laoshan scenic area has rich rural tourism resources and profound cultural background,which is suitable for developing rural homestay inn tourism.In order to promote the development of rural homestay inn tourism in the scenic area,under the strategic background of "Laoshan holistic tourism",this paper analyzes the present situation of rural homestay inn tourism on the scenic core area,summarizes the problems and puts forward corresponding planning and development suggestions.The article is divided into five parts.(1)The first part introduces the background of the study,the method of the study,and the purpose and significance of the study.(2)The second part interprets the concept of holistic tourism and homestay inn,offers the documentary survey of existing study on them,analyses the relationship between holistic tourism and rural homestay inn,and the importance of holistic tourism to the development of rural homestay inn,and explains the theoretical basis.(3)In the third part,studies the development of rural homestay inn in the context of holistic tourism from four aspects: the relevant elements?the development mode?development principles and development content of rural homestay inn in the context of holistic tourism.(4)The fourth part,combined with the results of field investigation,sorting out the current situation of villages and homestay inn of Laoshan Scenic Core Area.Through the questionnaire survey of tourists and interviews with owners of homestay,summarize the problems in the development of homestay inn tourism.(5)In the fifth part,through field research and from holistic tourism perspective,the author has carried out three aspects of planning for the rural homestay inn: the regional linkage of rural homestay,the design of rural homestay'tour line and the planning of rural homestay.The author has optimized and discussed the improvementof the facilities of villages,the upgrading of rural homestay products and the strong management of rural homestay,so as to provide suggestions for the development of rural homestay in the core scenic spots.
