A Study On The Development Of Lanxi Zhiyan Historic Village Tourism Homestay Based On The Host And Guest Intention

With the speeding up of urbanization and the improvement of material life,the masses' pursuit of rural tourism,leisure experience and slow life is constantly improving,at the same time,the government vigorously implemented the national strategy of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization,and vigorously promoted the development of rural tourism homestays,under the influence of the dual factors of the public demand and the government's promotion,the rural tourism homestay has become a new form of tourism and sunrise industry.The development of tourism homestay in Lanxi Zhiyan historic village started earlier,and the village collective carried out unified publicity and promotion in the brand mode of "home +".It has taken shape,and has certain popularity and development potential in the local area,with certain research typicality.This paper adopts the methods of literature research,field visit,based on the host and guest intention's questionnaire survey.The questionnaire survey takes the homestays' operators and tourists in Zhiyan historic village as the survey objects,analyzes the development status,existing problems and reasons through questionnaire analysis and interviews on accommodation experience,operation and management of tourism homestays,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.After investigation and research,found that the development foundation of tourism homestay in Zhiyan historic village is good,has the certain development prospects,but is in a small scale tourism,less night tourist activities,inadequate traffic conditions,accommodation appeals to visitors is insufficient,lack of unified planning and management,historical and cultural resources are not sufficiently mined,lack of Zhiyan historic village's local characteristics,the management level of tourism homestay operators is not high.The author thinks that the development of tourism homestay should be carried out in a scientific and reasonable way to solve the problems of the development of tourism homestay in Zhiyan historic village.First,strengthen scientific planning and highlight the style of historical architecture and the theme of ancient culture.Second,strengthen the development and protection of natural environment and historical and cultural resources,and build high-quality tourism homestay;Third,Strengthen public infrastructure construction.Fourth,develop supporting tourism projects;Fifth,give play to the leading role of the government to improve the management level of tourism homestay operators;Sixth,strengthenpublicity,expand the tourism homestay market,so as to enhance the popularity and attraction of tourism.Through the study on the micro-field of one village and one place,it provides certain theoretical and practical reference for the development of rural tourism homestay.
