Investigation And Analysis Of Rural Residential Development In Benxi

As a high-level development model of rural tourism,rural residential accommodation can become an important platform to connect the city and the countryside under the background of the transformation of tourism from simple sightseeing mode to in-depth physical examination mode,and under the environment of national rural rejuvenation and the comprehensive construction of a well-off society.Since the 20 th century,a large number of rural residential quarters have been built with the help of the beautiful natural environment and the unique artistic and humanistic environment in the countryside as well as the agricultural production and living activities with certain characteristics.More and more rural residential quarters have become urban residents ‘understanding of the rural social environment,agricultural production process and agriculture.An important form of people's living environment.Benxi is an important prefecture-level city in Liaoning Province.It is not only rich in mountain water resources,but also relatively rich in red cultural resources and Taoist cultural resources.Therefore,taking the development of rural residential quarters in Benxi City of Liaoning Province as an example,this paper studies the development of rural residential quarters in Benxi City by using statistical descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis methods.Through related research,we found:Through the statistical analysis of the supply of rural residential accommodation in Benxi City,we can see that the reception capacity of rural residential accommodation is relatively general.The types of rural residential accommodation in Benxi City are complete,and the investment mode of rural residential accommodation is the first.The management mode is mainly operated by the investors themselves,and the marketing mode is mainly based on the traditional media.The network and other new media have relatively less promotion of rural residential quarters,while rural residential quarters in rural areas,but there are also land shortages.Statistical analysis on the demand of rural residential quarters in Benxi shows that the main consumption channels of rural residential quarters are network channels.At the same time,the design of rural residential quarters in Benxi is relatively simple,the sanitary environment is relatively poor,the comfort of rural residential quarters needs to be further improved and the traffic conditions of rural residential quarters need to be improved.Step by step.Through empirical analysis,it is found that the improvement of rural residential operators ‘education level can promote the further expansion of the operation scale of rural residential quarters in Benxi City;the improvement of the number of consumers,human environment,natural environment and traffic environment can promote the further expansion of the operation scale of rural residential quarters.At the same time,it is found that women,older,relatively higher income level consumers are more inclined to travel to Benxi rural residential tourism destination again;male,younger,relatively lower income level consumers are reluctant to travel to Benxi rural residential tourism destination again.According to the above conclusions,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions to promote the further development of rural residential quarters in Benxi from the following two aspects.(1)increase the publicity of the residential market;(2)protect the simplified approval procedures for residential land;(3)increase the special financial subsidies;(4)promote the development of residential areas;(5)diversification of investors;(6)business model differentiation;(7)improvement of facilities.
