With the rapid development of economy,and the increasing human cost of enterprises.How to make a scientific and reasonable salary decision has become a problem that many scholars want to study if enterprises want to get a glimmer of vitality in the severe market environment.In the salary decision-making,scientific and reasonable coordination between enterprises and employees,and finding an optimal solution within the cost range that enterprises can bear to make both sides reach an agreement has become an area that scholars continue to explore,which directly affects the efforts of employees and the performance of enterprises.Therefore,based on the reality,this thesis summarizes the dilemma in the salary decision-making of enterprises and some common problems in the salary decision-making of our country at the present stage,and puts forward corresponding coordination strategies on how to make more reasonable salary decision-making,so as to make the salary decision-making more in line with the hearts of employees and enterprises,improve the comprehensive satisfaction of employees and enterprises,and realize the industry and employees win-win situation.This thesis aims at coordinating enterprises and employees in salary decision-making,considers employees and enterprises from two dimensions,summarizes the common problems of poor coordination in the process of salary decision-making in China based on the previous literature,and analyses the causes of these problems according to the different interests of employees and enterprises,and how to solve the problems in salary decision-making in enterprises.When lack of coordination put forward a few strategies.This thesis relies on the background of the reform of the state's common supply side.Firstly,by sorting out the literature,this thesis summarizes the influencing factors of the enterprise's salary decision-making,combs out the dilemma existing in the current enterprise's salary decision-making according to the influence degree of these factors,and analyses how these problems arise.After finding out the problems and analyzing the reasons,the enterprise's salary decision-making is carried out.Coordination of enterprises and employees to make some strategic recommendations.In order to solve the problem of supply-side reform,which emphasizes the improvement of production efficiency and the coordination of supply-demand relationship,from a micro perspective,how to effectively stimulate the enthusiasm of enterprises and employees becomes very urgent.In order to achieve the above goals and development concepts,it is necessary to coordinate employees' salary and corporate income from a micro perspective,so as to achieve the common development of enterprises and employees.Therefore,it is necessary for enterprises to make scientific salary coordination decisions.The innovations of this thesis can be summarized as follows:(1)Innovation in topic selection: This thesis coordinates employee salary and enterprise income to provide strategies for enterprise salary decision-making under the background of current national supply-side reform;(2)Achievement creation: Based on the dilemma of enterprise salary decision-making,this thesis puts forward bargaining strategy,collective bargaining strategy and optimization decision-making process strategy.Through this study,we can draw the following conclusions:(1)At present,Chinese enterprises generally face the dilemma of salary decision-making,and the main body of participation in salary decision-making is single,lack of coordination with employees;(2)collective bargaining can effectively alleviate enterprises.The lack of communication in salary decision-making;the establishment of bargaining model provides a quantitative method for employees and enterprises to negotiate salary;(3)in the enterprise salary decision-making,it is of great significance to coordinate enterprises and employees reasonably and reach an agreement between employers and employees.As an important activity of enterprise management,salary decision-making directly affects employees perception of salary level,and then affects employees' efforts,thus affecting the performance of enterprises.Several coordinated decision-making strategies proposed in this thesis provide more possibilities for enterprises to choose their salary decision-making methods,so as to solve the problem of lack of coordination in salary decision-making.
